Very clean room. Modern bathroom very clean as well. I have been positively surprised given the price paid - I just needed something simple as passing by Aachen while traveling through by car - this is perfect.
Also right opposite a Tesla supercharger spot. Room is larger than usual as well for this price range.
Good breakfast, and really nice/bright breakfast room.
Shower over bath - could be difficult if reduced mobility.

Good location to have quick access to and from the autobahn, which was important to me. Very big, quiet and comfy room. Parking was smooth.
I am used to good quality restaurant at Leonardo Hotels, but nearby other restaurant kinda made up for that big shortcoming.
