The place was very clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful , showers and toilets were spotless, but the main selling point is the Location which is a 10/10 .
There was a young guy of the cleaning staff and the kitchen, which was super unfriendly and aggressive not only with us but with everyone, he shut the door down in my friends face when he wanted to ask for a plate,this was just one example.
The breakfast was ok for the price you pay but the all the drinks such as milk and coffee were watered down which wasnt nice.
It would've been more comfortable to have at least one fridge at one floor in case someone wants to store medicine etc.
The internet was just terrible.

It is convienient enough, and has an easy access by bus to the city center
The room smelled like wet feet (ski rental store kind), the noise insulation is none existent and had therefore to be woken up by people passing by in the hallway or enjoy the conversations of the next room.
The wind made the shutters clap in a very loud noise all night long, they were as such impossible to fix, we therefore had to McGyver something in order to stop the noise. Expensive room for a 4h sleep due to building Circumstances

It is only a clean student house. The receptionists are very kind and try to be helpful.
Very far from downtown. No personnel for cleaning etc. So you have to prepare your bed, take everything from reception by yourself. Not for a vacation maybe onky for a short stay.

I stayed in a dorm room so the offer I got with breakfast was really great. The staff were all nice, approachable and accomodating. There's a bus station nearby.
The dorm rooms and the floor where I stayed smelled terrible. The carpet smelled like wet sweaty socks wherever I went, I felt like I was gonna have an asthma attack regardless how long I tried to ventilate the room. I bought my own deodorizer and kept the windows open during the entire day just so I could sleep at night. So shared rooms are probably not recommended for people with asthma.. even if it's a non smoking one.

Wonderful
clean, quiet although full, kind and helpful staff, seems to be liked by bikers
bathroom facilities were a bit far, but clean, bring your own toiletries, no hairdryer, it is a bit far from the center but with bus connection every 30 min or so.

The room was shared with 1 person only and the breakfast.
The whole facility is dark at night, no lights until you reach the building. They close everything at 23h so you need to ask for extra key if you leave/come after that time. The 1st night no problem. The 2nd night I asked if I needed another key for the main entrance (it was closed when I came and I had to jump in to enter) and the girl in the réception told me I need only the key for my building, when I wanted to leave again the main entrance was closed (again I had to jump out), when I came back again jump in. Next day after check out the entrance was again closed (it was 10am) and I had to jump out. In total 4times :/
