We booked a twin air conditioned room. The room allocated was a twin with broken aircon and when I complained I was offered a double which was not appropriate for us. We were there for 3 nights. By the second we had working aircon. I was happy with how we were handled and that no compensation was available.

Very good location, scenic view from the room, modern and clean interior, drinks on the house, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
In terrace on the rooftop were playing loud music, so it was a bit hard to sleep.

This hotel is freshly built and immaculately maintained, with state-of-the-art facilities throughout. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed, blending contemporary elegance with understated charm. The bedding is supremely comfortable—the kind of quality that guarantees a deep, restorative night's sleep. Every detail has been carefully considered, ensuring that guests have everything required for a seamless, relaxing, and genuinely home-like experience. The fitness centre is impressively equipped, and the sauna provides a welcome sanctuary for rejuvenation. For those arriving by car, the hotel offers secure, paid underground parking, providing excellent peace of mind in a safe and sheltered environment. Beyond the hotel itself, the location could not be more convenient—just a short, leisurely stroll from the historic old town, placing you at the heart of the city's culture while still offering a tranquil retreat at day's end. A truly superb choice, and one I would highly recommend without reservation.
If I were to offer one minor suggestion for improvement, it would be the addition of key-card access to restrict elevator travel to your specific floor. Given the hotel's impressive array of technology throughout the property, this would be a natural and welcome enhancement to an already outstanding security framework. That said, it is a small point in what was otherwise a truly superb stay—one I would highly recommend without hesitation.

the location is great, far away from noise and traffic or other type of disturbance. The staff was really nice, friendly and professional. The terrace is very beautiful.
The breakfast can be improved in terms of the vegetables, salad and the fruit. They were not fresh enough.

Nice and clean, easy to locate. Good secure garage. Nice helpful lady on reception.
Terrible service at the rooftop lounge/bar. I ended up leaving because I could not get served after waiting 10-15 minutes to actually get into the bar area.
