The Team is very friendly. The location is nicely central but far enough away to be quiet. The rooftop restaurant is lovely.
I find it a little odd (and, noisy for a partner who might wish to sleep longer) that shower and sink are directly in the room (no wall/door). Otherwise good.

A smart and modern hotel in Aachen, the staff were friendly and the room was nice. The gym was also well provisioned, not huge but it was usually quiet. A good option for a business trip!

Very bad management. We booked for one night and there was an event with very loud music after 14:00 until 1:00 am at the rooftop. Not only we could not sleep, but we could not use the rooftop which was the primary reason why we booked this hotel in the first place.

Location.
The premium room was exactly like the normal one, apart from two beers in the fridge. The bathroom being so tiny and in the same room was not the best solution. Sauna was nice but the stove was not properly hot. The breakfast area was heavily congested.
