We arrived around 23:35 and one of two rooms I booked was lost, so was the garage parking lot. Very annoying after a tough day, being at the World Championship and fully relying on the hotel. This can't happen. The toilets stank, terrible.

The location was great. Walkable distance to the Aquis Plaza mall
The room did not have a kettle so I could not make tea when I wanted. Plus, the elevator did not work on checking out day so carrying the large luggage bags down the stairs was tough, otherwise everything else was pleasant

Breakfast was good value and well presented, room was very clean.
Room 312……couldn’t open window as the street noise all night is very loud. Had to have curtains closed as street lights outside window are at room height. The air con also is vey poor. Room was like a sauna…,,avoid it…..
