Well, it still is a B&B hotel, perfect for a night or for work but not a long holiday. It's nice enough as it is.

No hot water during our entire stay. When asked, the person at the reception was quite rude.

Good value for the money, clean, modern furniture.
No functional air conditioning. Noisy street. as it was a hot summer day, I needed to open the window because no air conditioning. Bad neighbourhood.

Nice room for a short stay at affordable price. Comfortable beds. Good location 15 mins walk to city center.
Parking garage was advertised, but at reception we were told there is no space and we have to leave car on the street parking. In one of the two rooms there was underwear left on a doorknob. Staff was friendly to quickly move us to another room. Not horrible, but gave a bit of a bitter taste that the room wasn't properly cleaned. Overall rooms and hotel were nice, but those two things gave a feeling that they are bit disorganized. I would probably still go there again.
