Very close to the HBF. Connectivity by public transport is very convenient and very frequent. The staff is very helpful.
Nothing much to say here. The washrooms are a bit small but understandable considering the prices.

Although it was on the inner ring road, it was quiet in the room. Nice beds, good size of room. Value for money.
We have a VW Bus and getting it parked in the underground carpark was very stressful.

parking was available with access back into the hotel. The room was comfortable. The location was good for the town centre and reasonably close to the HBF.

Friendly and helpful staff, good sized room with a small, but well designed ensuite, a satisfying continental breakfast complete with an excellent selection of grains and muesli and an excellent location to the central train station, bus lines, a push bike hire shop and the old town, with a laundry mat around the corner. While there isn't a kettle in the rooms, hot water for drinks is readily available from the ever present concierge.
While the hotel has soundproofing, I had some trouble sleeping a couple of nights when the traffic was a bit heavier, as my room was on the side of the hotel facing a main road, and as pets are welcome, I was rather rudely awakened on my last morning there, by a barking dog.

Very good value for money. Good location close to railway station and 15min from Dom and 5 min from Burscheid and done good bars and restaurants Good size rooms and bar and shared area if required. Well run example of good affordable hotel chain.
Bathroom a bit snug On busy strert corner so may be an issue with noise.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The location was excellent: close to the train station, but not far from the city center.
The breakfast could use bacon and the bathroom was a bit cramped. However, those are minor critiques.

The hotel is situated 15 min walk from the centrum. The big extra is the parking under. Good size room.
The room is overlooking the street and it is noisy so we closed the window.
