The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the building was close to the train station.
The room air conditioning was very average, the first room the air con did not even work at all. The markup on the cost of this accomodation was ridiculous for the time we were there, you could barely move in the bathroom and the room had a strange smell

Staff were very helpful, I was able to do a bag drop before the official check-in time. It was very easy to get to from the railway station and a good place to explore the town from
Having to enter a long code to get into the my room was unnecessary hassle. Room was large and very empty, overlooked by buildings behind but unless you closed the curtains and made the room dark not much privacy. There was no electric kettle in the room

Great value with very helpful staff. The dinner bed and breakfast with free spa access was great value. The food was delicious and included regional specialities. The details of the wine were explained brilliantly when I asked and we had an early breakfast so we could get a train. Excellent location near the train.
Balcony view a little disappointing and more of a platform/ fire escape but otherwise excellent.

Wonderful
The location is great, close to the train station and only a short 10-15 walk into the centre. There’s also so great place to eat and drink close by. Great value for money too.

The facility is enough for a short stay.
The bathroom should be upgraded especially the tiles, and a bit inconvenient with no hanging hook.
No refrigerator in the room.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. This hotel is conveniently close to the train station and a short walk to the town centre.
