We booked a triple room and it was big enough and clean with rather comfy beds. The instruction for self check in were clear
There were no hot water and no staff to fix the issue and when a staff member arived inthe morning, 20 min after reception opening time, he said there is nothing he could do. Also the furniture wax worn off, but for theshort stay it is bearable

We stayed in the family room (one large bed and three small ones). The beds were absolutely FANTASTIC (better than home!), as were the pillows at duvets. (I'm very picky about those things!). Super comfortable and supportive! Jabak was very kind. We wanted to wash our dishes in the kitchen, but he insisted we leave them for him. He was very nice to chat with and quick to help us with anything. The quality of this room was really excellent. Shower was large and roomy. The living room itself was also of a generous & comfortable size. Every bed had its own double-shelf night stand. Everything was clean. There was even Kleenex in the bathroom!! They really thought of everything. The (group) kitchen was adequate to make a nice hot breakfast.
Unfortunately, there is no food on offer anymore. The kitchen in our room had no pots, pans, or cooking utensils. So we made breakfast in the kitchen.... but we're told later that we weren't allowed to use the kitchen! So I'm not sure what we were expected to do with that double burner stove! ??

Location is perfect. It is great deal and good value for money. Everything was spot less and clean. Toilet was clean and was equipped with items great quality. The over all instructions to get in and Sign in was smooth. I had no trouble finding parking in surrounding area. Electric car charging facilities are 2min away. Large shopping store, bakery and grocery shops are 5 min away hardly. The beds were comfortable and back door balcony is awesome. The room is quite and one can sleep comfortably. The WiFi is also great
I have really got nothing that I didn’t like. Only improvement can be done by: Changing the pillows to memory foam will be bit better. The kitchen can have some extra utensils for tea coffee etc.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if that were possible. We arrived in the evening after a 250 km drive with two children. Our arrival time was booked and confirmed in advance. Despite this, the room was not ready because the hotel staff “forgot to clean it.”. Of course, there were no other free or clean rooms. After a long journey, being told that no room was available for us to rest was completely unacceptable and extremely stressful, especially with kids. As a result, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute and pay an additional €300 for two separate rooms, since nothing was available after 19:00. This is a serious failure in basic hotel service and organization. I have already informed Booking.com about the situation. Very disappointing experience. The guy at the front desk did try to convince us to stay somewhere near that he could find, but I did decline.

Nice large clean room for 3 (#5) with 3 twin beds and space for 3 pieces of equipment. Clean and reasonable size bathroom with towel rack and nice size shower. Lots of plugs for electronic equipment. Street parking in front of hotel. Quiet even on street side when windows are closed. Very helpful staff: as we were very early to check in, they let us put our luggage in our “to be” room even if not made at that time. They also provided us with the key to the room right away; so we could go downtown for the rest of the day.
Soft mattresses to our satisfaction. Unstable internet under the Soers Guest network; but better under the other Soers network. A bit far from old city (30 min) - but we knew that.
