very near to HBF but also a quite and clean area. The room was quite spacious and clean. Also the receptionist in the morning shift was a nice helpful guy.

One staff let me know that I was responsible for not getting there on time and charged for the night we were stuck in delft.
Room had no air. Reception in the morning was not friendly at all.

Fabulous shower room perfect pillows. Very good breakfast. Perfect location for those arriving and or leaving by train. Excellent value for money.

I asked for an upgrade it was nice however there were dirty sheets with tons of hair and the pillows weren’t lint rolled TV was also not working well Room 325 was well renovated The soap is not good

In the night the street next to it can be quite noisy so I had to close all the windows - of course no fresh air could go in but it still was rather fine I’d say. The biggest problem for me: There was a street lamp outside my room, which overlooked the street. Whilst it was possible to darken the bedroom itself quite well with the curtains, it was actually impossible to darken the window in the bathroom. A lot of light therefore came in through the frosted glass door to the bathroom, which is why I had to sleep with an eye mask – otherwise it would have been far too bright for me (though I am generally quite sensitive to light).

Nice location, pretty short walk from the city centre. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was fine, although some food options were unavailable and took too long to be refilled.
