Amazing location, right in the heart of Aachen. Really easy to check-in (once you read the instructions!) You don't need a room key, you open the door with a swipe on your phone. Really lovely room, and close to everything.

Room was nice, bed was cozy, and it wasn't too noisy at night (cafe nearby)
TV remote didn't work so we couldn't use the TV at all. Toilet paper was pretty much empty, had to buy some ourselves since we didn't want to risk the €50 fee they threaten to charge with for "unjustified calls".

Comfortable bedroom and nice shower room. Bed was very comfortable and interior design was good. Great location in the heart of the old town. It was a pleasure to come back to.
I was in 105 and there was noise from the bar on two nights, even with the ear plugs in. You expect some noise given the location but not until 5.00 in the morning. Main entrance stairs could do with some love - broken blind and grubby carpet.

Great location
The automated entry was frustrating especially step 2 at the top of the steps to gain entry to the room. The code on my room was especially difficult to enter reliably, and being my first night after a long trip, was even more a nuisance and made me fearful of successful entry.

Pleasant
Location was great, right in the center of Aachen. We were a few meters away from all the buildings we wanted to see. The university campus was very close, too, and so we went there for the "action" and to have an inexpensive meal.
We had to large, heavy suitcases and to carry them to the 4th floor, it was a real challenge since there was no elevator. Bare bones infrastructure.
