It's was horrible
Bedbugs !! We had to throw all our clothes in the trash , it's unclean horrible experience! From the moment we entered the room, door was damaged not open properly, water problem, beds were unclean , trash under bed. . Then next day we saw things moving on the bed , we asked the room service they said it's alright it's nothing!!! while talking a manager came and asked us to leave the room and confirmed our nightmare. We left everything, clothes, shoes , socks, bags , everything was with us , we bought new clothes and shoes for the road home , and just came back with laptops nothing else .. They deducted the horrible night and refunded the rest and we left..

The building and the rooms were nice.
Beds were very hard and you feel the metal wires when laying down. The staff were very uncooperative in supplying something to put on top of it. In the morning they forgot to clean our room so it wasn't done at all.

Room were not cleaned at all. Mould in shower. One elevator not working and breakfast not being replenished. New billing system very confusing for customers with amounts being blocked although everything had been prepaid.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and overall comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.
I stayed for three nights, but no housekeeping service was provided during that time, which was disappointing and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, there were no complimentary drinking water bottles in the room. When I inquired, I was informed that tap water from the bathroom was safe to drink. While this may be technically correct, it does not meet the service expectations I have experienced in other Hilton properties.
