The breakfast was delicious, and the location is good. We traveled by car, and the hotel is located not far from Aachen.
There was no sofa in the living room to relax in front of the TV, but otherwise, the room was very spacious and nice.

Very clean , staff were really friendly and helpful . The suite was really lovely ,great big bathroom and comfy bed ...
Reception could do with a spruce up . The courtyard looked a bit tired. Needed some TLC

The room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very good generous breakfast.
The double bed was in the corner of the room and there was no space to get in from both sides. We could hear the Monday morning traffic from the main road.

The breakfast was actually the best part of the whole experience. Really well stocked and served in a very elegant setting. Check-in was fairly easy. Room was clean.
We did not like that the heating stopped at one point in the night and the room became very cold. We woke up and had to sleep with two blankets and sweaters on. The room is very basic in amenities and you can hear every step and sound of the people walking or talking on the hallway.

Slightly disappointed by the bedrooms, which were a bit small. The double bed was on one side against the wall which made entry a little awkward. The rooms have ensuite shower facilities and work well. The 2nd floor we were staying on seems a little old-fashioned to the other parts of the building which looked quite special.
