Centric. Close to the train station.
No hot water. Trash cans still had garbage. No clean spaces.

Very comfortable room - good size and well appointed with kettle, microwave, small fridge.
Just a bit of advice - for most people, it would be a bit more convenient if you have a car. It’s a bit of a walk to the main street which would be fine for some but bad weather or mobility challenges could be a problem.

The location is still great. At the outskirts of Aachen (Soers) in a historic building. A small kitchenette with coffee machine and fridge, a spacious bathroom and free parking.
I’ve stayed here multiple times since the past 6-7years. Unfortunately cleanness is getting bad. Seems like they save money on the staff. If you have a big luggage and stay in 2ndF or 3rdF (1F/2F in Germany) then it’s a bit inconvenient, because no elevator.

Difficult to locate, and checking in /access procedure complicated , apartment was clean and comfortable, ten minutes stroll into town , and nice dog walking close by

We wanted to stay a bit outside of Aachen centre, and this turned out to be a great choice. Payment was made at an ATM like machine and once we found the correct building, the room was easy to access with a door code. Room was in a renovated carriage house (maybe?), very comfortable and clean with all the mod-cons. A small car park (no fee) is located across the street.
We did not see anybody from the property, but we assume they saw us with webcams at the entrance. However we did check in, by code, and out with no issue.

Nobody came into my room to take out the trash nor to put some toilet paper for 4 days.

Works well for an overnight stay and the car parking seemed safe. Short walk to good bus route into city centre.
Awkward entry procedure with a key pad that gives no feedback when the buttons are pressed and too much fiddling about.
