I was impressed by the standard of the hotel. They had paid attention to every little detail and everything was where it had to be. The Bosnian lady at the reception who did my check in and check out was the best. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I will happily return to the hotel during my next visit in Aachen.

The facility does not offer breakfast, but their next door bakery offers five-star bakeries, you can purchase them from the bakery and eat them hotel's dining facility in which they offer variety of coffees and teas 7/24, set tables. The rooms were highly clean and convenient, reception desk was higly helpful. There are a lot of restaurants offering Turkish and Greek cusines quite close to the Hotel. It will be my first choise in my future trips to Aachen.

Walking distance from city centre. Rooms were nice, staff very friendly. Very reasonable price too.
Once when I tried to take a shower, the water was not very warm. But it was fine later.
