Exceptional
The facility does not offer breakfast, but their next door bakery offers five-star bakeries, you can purchase them from the bakery and eat them hotel's dining facility in which they offer variety of coffees and teas 7/24, set tables. The rooms were highly clean and convenient, reception desk was higly helpful. There are a lot of restaurants offering Turkish and Greek cusines quite close to the Hotel. It will be my first choise in my future trips to Aachen.

Walking distance from city centre. Rooms were nice, staff very friendly. Very reasonable price too.
Once when I tried to take a shower, the water was not very warm. But it was fine later.

Entrance door locked, so buzz-in, which was nice for solo traveler. Not far from the city center/cathedral. Accommodating staff. Great coffee, bed, chair, and space. Thank you!

A good clean hotel on a great location. Although breakfast was not offered hot drinks were always available from a machine in reception together with biscuits. A bakery was next door where food could be purchased and eaten in the hotel on tables in reception. Staff were always available.
Whilst my wife found the bed comfortable at 196cm I found the quilt on the bed too small causing me to wake in the night often The hotel us on a main road so the traffic could be noisy at night.
