Enjoyed coffee machine and cold water dispenser in the lobby. Room air conditioner worked well.
Some street noise throughout the night. Recommend mini fridge in rooms.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. In the recent heat the air conditioning was wonderful!
Was also very close to shuttle bus stop for travelling to Aachen horse show

Such a clean and lovely spacious hotel. Comfortable, daily cleaning, spacious rooms and easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend it.
It's a great location to walk into town and back and get around but the area is not the best. It didn't spoil our stay at all. Nothing the hotel can do about that.

Location is not far from the center. The room is clean and comfortable. Free nice coffee, hot chocolate , tea and water provided by the reception area.
No private parking, and close by traffic but the sound isn’t come inside the room.

I was impressed by the standard of the hotel. They had paid attention to every little detail and everything was where it had to be. The Bosnian lady at the reception who did my check in and check out was the best. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I will happily return to the hotel during my next visit in Aachen.
