Exceptional
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Superb bed and pillow. Room was as new and well cared for, as was the bathroom. Even though the room was by the main street, the windows provided perfect sound proofing. Made for a perfect rest after a full day of work. The free coffee to go is a bonus for those of us who sadly can't have extra time for the buffet and can only do with a very quick breakfast.

The hotel was very good, rooms very clean, with AC, in general well equipped. Breakfast varied enough, a nice surprise was the possibility to have freshly squeezed orange juice. Location very central, walk in distance to several interest areas (Aquis Plaza shopping mall, etc.)
It would be good to have a clear indication whether the hotel has its own parking, as it was not clear, and we had to park in a public paid parking nearby, one day is 18 euros. The hotel's bar is open only until 23.00h, so in case of a late arrival, not easy to get a drink, there are some pubs and night shops in the area.

Great stay! Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff I was impressed that the receptionist knew me by name after just one day the only area for improvement is the breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience and I would stay again.

I came on a motorcycle and I could park in their garage under the hotel. A safe and dry place. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean.
