Overall, a typical Best Western-type hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The room was okay. The bathroom facilities were good. For my business the location was good
I was disappointed there were no restaurant facilities other than for breakfast, and also the bar facilities were not open for the two days I was there due to a staff illness. I arrive late at night and am about to go out to find something to eat. The Wi-Fi was not very good in my room.

Really lovely breakfast in elegant surroundings

The garage parking was dirty and inconvenient. My husband would not let me go there. 18 euros was too much for one night

Wonderful
Not the best location for walking, but lots of mass transit buses very close by. Room was on the smaller side, but comfortable and air-conditioning was excellent.
Bit expensive considering location and room size.

Liked the 24 hour check-in, as our arrival was delayed by train problems! Staff very friendly, location great for seeing Aachen.
Maybe some fish at breakfast? But overall the choice was very good - hot dishes, cereals and porridge, cheese, meat, bread etc as expected.

Very handy location.
Saskia the Assistant Manager was fantastic, Gave us great recommendations of where to eat and go. A credit to the company.
Ramp down to underground parking was steep with a tight right hand bend. Take it easy on the motorbike.

Disappointing
The breakfast was very good and the location, both to the center as well as the highway were good.
It was extremely noisy because the windows were not good enough to keep out the noise from the street at all. We had just had a totally different experience in a 3 star hotel in France where you heard nothing from the inner city noise in the room. For the price they charged here in Aachen, I would expect the windows to be better. In addition, the beds were really soft and the AC so loud that we had to turn it off at night making the room sticky.
