Friendly staff , decent location
The bed (or bedlinnens) smelled bad (room 128), so I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter, and left a day before the end of my reservation.

It was a good locaction, and good value for money. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. Dinner offer huge portions.
The staff was arrogant in the kitchen. We could not eat at the restaurant at 9.30 anymorealrhough they were open until 10.00. They forgate part of the order atroom delivery. At breakfast we were rudely reminded what we should touch and how. Never was polite language used. The pool goes on extra charge which we dis not know in advance. There was not hot water at the evening to shower.

The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious.
There are molds in the bathroom. A women opened the door of my room with their key when I were still in the room. No notice made in advanced. It was not the time to check out, that women said they need to room. It was not nice and invading.

Great location, staff was very nice and checkin went very smooth. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
The only thing I could mention is that the floor wasn't very clean along the terrace doors. The wind must have blown some leaves and small branches in that weren't cleaned up. Besides this, the place was very nice and well kept. My husband is 2 meters tall and the duvet was too short for him, approx. 170 cm long.

The hotel was situated in a quite location and the staff was very gentle
The rooms we got (2) were old and nothing like the pictures both the bedroom and the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable especially the one of the sofa bed. We asked for an extra crib and it was not in the room upon our arrival.

Room is huge, but needs a refresh. Close walk to bus stop. Large variety at breakfast.
Interior Very dated. A little out of the center so you will need to bus or drive. Parking expensive in garage but there is free parking on the street if you can find some available.

Wonderful
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a small fridge and a pleasant terrace. The hotel isn’t located right in the city center, but it’s easily accessible by bus. Overall, the stay went very well. However, the welcome could be improved — the woman at reception when we arrived (older, with dark hair) came across as rather unfriendly and condescending. Other than that, everything was perfect.
