Wonderful
The best thing of the hotel is the location, it is located exactly in the middle of all of the touristic spots in the city. Additionally, the rooms have a really good view, and these are really confortable.
The unique thing might be the restock of the water, coffee and other elements.

Friendly helpful staff allowed an early check-in - much appreciated. Safe bike storage in the underground car park. Great breakfast for the price. Loved the aircon on a hot night. Location is right in the old centre, right by the cathedral.

Location is amazing!
For me not 4 star but 3. In many rooms no aircon, bit outdated hallway and lobby. Breakfast was basic, but good!

The staff were helpful and the hotel is central.
Everything seemed a little jaded - decor, carpeting etc. but then, Aachen itself was surprisingly grim and dirty. The breakfast seemed designed to save money more than offer good food and the layout was poorly thought out eg glasses at the opposite end to fruit juice, croissants at the back and under a cover that made it awkward to get one out. An elderly gentleman couldn't understand how a jam-dispensing machine worked and my partner had to point this out to a member of staff.

Great location, friendly and attentive staffs, cozy room, great breakfast, clean (non-smell) bathroom, comfortable bed, pretty view to the dom and city hall, fine facility, quick elevator, great soundproof between rooms and the hallway.
Coffee at the breakfast was not good, water from the water boiler was smelly, could not drink

Good, central location.
Breakfast was ok, very basic & a bit disappointing. The rooms weren’t air conditioned so we needed to open the window overnight. It was too hot in the room otherwise. Therefore it was very noisy all night with people talking/screaming while walking by and cars/motorcycles driving by.

A great location, right in the centre of Aachen. A very good hotel, our room was big and well equipped, very clean, with enough space to put our clothes. A nice modern bathroom with a large shower. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, wide selection of food and drinks !
The first day we arrived the weather was mild, not hot, around 19 degrees. The sun was shining on the window of our bedroom so it was very warm in the bedroom. There was a ventilator, but airco would have been a better solution.

We liked the location, very close to the Dom, and the room was quiet. But it didn’t real feel up to a four-star quality.
