This is a lovely boutique hotel that really pays attention to the details. The staff was particulary friendly and willing to please. They gave me suggestions for restaurants, directions, moral support and it helped that they spoke English. I left a shirt at the hotel and they made every effort to find it and I was able to pick it up on my way back through Brussels. I liked that I could walk from the hotel to nearby churches, museums, and restaurants, so I didn't need a car. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is also a quiet place--so wonderful!

This is a great place, we'll staffed, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and good location.
Make sure they're using the 5G internet, as many devices can't yet use the 6G they have available.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to messages before our arrival. The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. We also appreciated the in-room amenities, including a kettle, a safety deposit box, and a complimentary bottle of water. Although the underground parking is very limited, we were fortunate to secure a space, which was very convenient.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled and couldn't be adjusted in the room, which made it uncomfortably warm at night. Since our room was on the first floor facing the main street, opening the window wasn't a practical option due to the noise and safety concerns, so we ended up sweating throughout the night. The pillows were also excessively large and uncomfortable, and the shower was very narrow, even for a skinny person.

The best thing of the hotel is the location, it is located exactly in the middle of all of the touristic spots in the city. Additionally, the rooms have a really good view, and these are really confortable.
The unique thing might be the restock of the water, coffee and other elements.

Good location, espresso for the breakfast.
Beds on wheels are terrible idea, I suppose to have queen bad, has 2 connected single ones, but as mentioned someone added wheels and needs where moving.
Breakfasts are okay, if you like classic style, not many healthy options.

Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but several issues affected our stay. The staff were friendly ?.
The room we were given was located outside the main building, and reaching it required going through what seemed like an emergency exit and navigating a maze-like corridor, which was quite inconvenient.
There was no hanger or hook in the bathroom to hang clothes, forcing us to leave them outside while showering, which is not practical at all.
Most importantly, there was no luggage scale available. In all the 4-star hotels I have stayed in (and even in some 3-star hotels), this is a basic amenity. Its absence was disappointing and unexpected.

Great location, clean, spacios room, separate toilet, good breakfast, coffee & tea facilities in the room. The room was ready before check-in time, which was a pleasant surprise.
Terrible extra bed (normal beds were ok), bad pillows for such a decent hotel. The hair dryer did not work. The list of allergens in the breakfast room should be translated at least into English since it is very important for people with life-threatening allergies.
