Perfect location just a few steps from Aachen cathedral....excellent value for money. Busy but rooms quiet and modern. Top choice for your stay in Aachen.

Excellent location, good breakfast, clean breakfast area, helpful staff.
The bed pillows were very thin and it would have been unpleasant to sleep on those pillows. I asked for a second pillow for me and my travel companion which the reception kindly delivered to our room. Unfortunately they were thin too.
Air conditioning would be nice, although this was not an issue for us because of mild outside temperature.

The location is really central. The breakfast is rich with several options. The price was good (in relation to the hotel quality and location)
The hotel needs better care. The painting of the walls in the corridor and shared areas was scratched in multiple occasions. The room had a connection to a potential radiator that was just hanging there as if there was a radiator once but was later removed. All this gave a general sense of low care in the decor. The double bed was just made a connection of two single beds, which were obviously moving and leaving the empty hole in between.
