It was near a train station it is clean staff was very good
i was at so many hostels before but this one was so small the bed are small the room is soo small you cant move there is so hard to stay there i was at so many hostels in europe but not like this but everything else was so nice

Location nearby the station. Possibility to put our bikes safely for the night. Good quality for the money. Nice rooms on the 5th floor, recently refurbished.

We usually taking this property on our way, but this time was horrible night. Our room was next to door to do lift and all night the door made noise. Clean room, facilities and staff was good, but this made from our night different feeling. This hotel in Aachen definitely need innovation.
The windows is old and room doors. Also we booked room for four people and only two beds was prepared. I need go to the reception ask for bedding and doing myself. I think if I pay for room and service we can expect everything will be ready.
