The room was clean. Location was convenient to the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Showers were perfect. Also liked that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower.
The curtains in the room were not sufficient to cover all of the windows. Also the trains themselves were not a bother, but the train station noises (bells, etc.) kept us awake until late in the night.

The hostel was in a great location, both for the train station and also for getting into the old town/city centre. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
Everything was fine really. Only thing was that the guest kitchen wasn't really worth having. We did go down to make drinks but most of the cupboards were locked and the room itself was small and cramped. But not worth worrying about this as the hostel is great! :)

We are satisfied with the fast response of the reception. The light in our room was very weak and it was really dark at night. After telling this to the receptionist, we received a new room without any problem. Thank you for that! Our room was also clean.

The train station is easily reachable only 2min walk from the hotel. The staff were very nice. There is also a guest kitchen. The breakfeast could have a little more varitey but it was okay.
The room floor was for some reason sticky and the place had too much dust on the cabinets. It was very loud you hear the trains passing 24/7. And there is no heater or any type of air conditioner. The room was quiet old for the price one pays on average the place could use some renouvations. Also the elevator looks scary and old.

Location is great, near to central station.
The bathroom in the room didn't have ventilation. The mattresses weren't comfortable at all. I didn't find my small own towel as well, not sure if one of the roommates took it or the house keeping thought it is belonging to someone who left the room.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. If you’re arriving by car, it’s recommended to reserve a parking spot in advance. The city center is also relatively within walking distance. The room is suitable for a family of four, and the price is reasonable for the facilities provided.
The location is great because it’s close to the train station. However, keep in mind that the noise from the trains can be disturbing, as they run throughout the day and night, including very early in the morning.

Only the bed Matt, it was fine a bit hard, not very comfortable for long term, and there is no queen bed for couples it’s always two beds

Pool table and foosball table can be rented for very reasonable prices in the reception hall. While the building is ugly and looks run down, looks are deceiving: you get a lot for your money: very central location, acceptable living space, a nice staff, cheap food and even reasonably priced vending machines, not at all the exorbitant amounts usually charged for minibar use.
The building was a bit ugly. It seemed in need of renovation and wasn't perfectly clean, although still acceptance for my needs. Pretty narrow rooms, especially their entrance hallways where the bathroom doors are placed.

I met some lovely people here and the location wasn't bad. You do get views over the city too. Unfortunately, there is more on the side that I didn't like for this stay that what I enjoyed.
There are no lockers in the rooms, and offering a locker downstairs isn't satisfactory for me. I am not coming downstairs every time I need something out of my locker. The rooms were dirty; the flooring was definitely not cleaned recently when I arrived. The rooms are also very crowded, there is barely any room to get into your suitcase, let alone store it and try and move around the room, which meant my stay wasn't very comfortable. The kitchen was dingy and located in the basement, which gave me horror theme feelings as I walked through there. I walked in and walked out and decided I was just going to buy food out instead of going back there. If I went back to Aachen I wouldn't stay here.
