I liked that the room is huge and the view from the window is very beautiful. I loved the breakfast. The selection was great including different deserts.

Everyone was sweet except one guy who was very rude. He was like an Asian looking guy with long hair, who worked the night shift on our first day of arrival. We asked for a kettle and he said No even before completing the question!! I asked if we can extend the same room for one more day, but his response was "ask my colleague in the morning" how can I ask in the morning, i can't pack and move spontaneously, i need to pack everything in the night itself. So immediately I went on booking.com and booked myself. That man was very selfish. That's the only negative thing about the hotel. Rest all were very sweet and nice. Breakfast was also very nice.

Close to the main joint. Easy access to transport. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices. Good coffee.walkable to most tourist places.
Beds need upgrade. The spring makes you lean on side and eventually fall off the bed because springs are uneven. The sofas need deep clean or an upgrade. Lots of stains and leftover dirts. Shower needs to be readjusted so it wont dlood the entire bathroom.

The welcome, the staff, the explanations, everything was detailed and really useful.
The rooms were exceptional. The view from the rooftop was amazing. I would highly recommend to both locals and tourists.
The rooftop should open longer hours... lol

Location was fantastic to walk from train station, to restaurants and to the Old Town area. Facility was easy to check in, breakfast was wonderful, rooftop bar and view were extraordinary. Quadruple room was perfect. Loved the uniqueness of this hotel.
We loved our experience, no complaints.

Great location close to Christmas markets and downtown, large rooms with 2 bathrooms , comfortable beds and pillows, awesome staff, free bottle of wine on arrival, free welcome drinks at rooftop bar, delicious breakfast. It felt very welcoming. They provided slippers, toothbrushes, shoehorns and the toiletries were good quality. They even served mulled wine for free at the reception during the Xmas markets. All for a good price. Definitely a must -stay esp w a group. I like that they renovated in the style of the old hotel.
The second bathroom is more of a bathtub so difficult to shower in without wetting the floor. Seems to be common in European hotels to have a handheld shower /bath combo. Small elevator (can only accomodate 5 people) but not a big deal as the stairs were short. Would not recommend if wheelchair.

Walking distance from Everything. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Even though it’s an old building, we didn’t care about it and felt very good in our room. Beds and sheets were clean and bathtub also. Beautiful view! Please don’t give bad reviews about the view because of the fog, it is not anyone’s fault ❤️
The system: for example I had no remote control in my room and unfortunately reception couldn’t help because they have no access to anything regarding Housekeeping, which is not ideal or productive when managing a hotel. The building is old, ok! But with a little effort certain crevices can be thoroughly cleaned. The essential things were clean, but you could see some things that need a little love. But no big deal! In general it was a great place to stay. Thank you all ❤️

This is my first time to prague & i can say that this is one of my best stays in Europe!!
The staff welcomed us at the beginning and let us have early check in because of our flights + they made an upgrade for our room & that was fantastic!!
The location, stay, price, staff, cleanness are all 10/10 ??
The staff also gave us gifts and discount vouchers for our next stay & I’m 100% sure that this will be my stay for my next visit ????
