The decor, cleanliness, and staff were exceptional. I highly recommend the Wenceslas Square Hotel.
It would have been nice to have an English TV station.

We got an upgrade to the apartments in the top 5th floor. We looked straight on the National Museum. The hotel is just 50m from the Museum metro entrance. Super convenient. Going to the old city, took only 5 minutes. Going to the old Castle 20 minutes. Same metro line. So easy. The city is super. Especially during Xmas, it was wonderful. For people that like history, Paris, is interested in Jewish history, and like shopping, this is the city to go.

The location of the facility is central, and the staff's interest in welcoming guests is pleasing. I thank them all.

First of all, friendly and helpful personnel. It was pleasure to meet Mira and German on the reception, they were so nice and friendly with pack of offers and discounts. The panorama on the roof is charming. The room was warm, every day cleaning. The breakfast is perfect! The reception is 24/7, the personnel working calmly, very skillfully and professionally. The location is perfect - just near the museum.

Lovely old building with different styles of rooms
to suit diff. travellers. Good continental buffet breakfast served through to 11am. A lovely terrace with amazing Prague views. Staff were fabulous so helpful and always checking to see if all was Ok (thx ‘German’). Welcome gifts - wine, welcome drink, Prague discount card unexpected and appreciated .

Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check was easy, a complimentary bottle of wine was in the room as well. Room layout was quirky but functional. Shower was excellent. They also organized a driver to pick us up at the airport, this service was great.
The bed was firm and basic, but was comfortable enough. There was a lift but still was a few stairs to carry bags up, but is to be expected in this area.

Walking distance from Everything. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Even though it’s an old building, we didn’t care about it and felt very good in our room. Beds and sheets were clean and bathtub also. Beautiful view! Please don’t give bad reviews about the view because of the fog, it is not anyone’s fault ❤️
The system: for example I had no remote control in my room and unfortunately reception couldn’t help because they have no access to anything regarding Housekeeping, which is not ideal or productive when managing a hotel. The building is old, ok! But with a little effort certain crevices can be thoroughly cleaned. The essential things were clean, but you could see some things that need a little love. But no big deal! In general it was a great place to stay. Thank you all ❤️
