Great staff, very kind and obliging. Wonderful views. Good breakfast.
Slightly tricky access as pavement being reworked. Lift was good but numerous stairs to negotiate after getting out of the lift.

We did not stay. The photographs of our deluxe room with view bore no resemblance to what was offered. It was very very small nothing like your photos. There were multiple steps sections to our room, some very steep and hard for my wife to navigate. We refused to stay and were then moved to another Czech Inn hotel in old town. The staff however were very polite courteous and helpful to get a move to another hotel. A very disappointing start to our holiday.

The location was very good and central, which was the main reason we choose this hotel. The staff was very nice.
We were given a room with a weird layout, the bed was under a slanted ceiling and we needed to get up a couple of steps to get to it, which means there wasn't much room between the bed and ceiling. There were also some windows in the ceiling which couldn't be closed with a curtain, so we got some early sunlight everyday. The room was located near the rooftop bar, which meant quite a few people going by our room and since the building was old we could hear their steps quite loudly, at times it almost seemed like people were coming into our room. Cleaning wasn't very thorough. When we checked-in we were told they had given us a very good room but, looking at the available photos here, I wonder if it wasn't indeed the worst.

Location good for access.
Room modern, access a little convoluted. Rooftop bar was a great (if a little pricy) addition.
Reception staff helpful when asked for information/printouts.
Room cleaned when required and fresh towels and loo roll offered when we didn’t want the room cleaned one day.
Air conditioning was noisier than I’m used to and ended up leaking at the end of the stay.
