The beds (as usual in all hotels). One just dive deep in the bed when one is lying in bed.

Disappointing
Short walking distance from the train station.
They do have an elevator but you still have to use many many stairs from the elevator to your room about 30 to 40 stairs in our case.
I called them before booking because the web page about the elevator is confusing to me, but they didn't disclose that properly. It seems that only the top floor has AC. The room has stairs inside, odd shapes, low ceiling, an uncomfortable sink in the bathroom and it seems to be falling apart from old age.

Absolutely incredible service and hospitality, a fantastic location, and an amazing terrace with beautiful city views. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the whole experience had a wonderful Czech vibe. I also really enjoyed the tasty local cuisine and the authentic atmosphere.

Great welcome, staff were friendly. They have me a welcome drink on the roof terrace which was a nice touch. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again.
Tea/coffee making facilities could be better.

The Room we had (No 38) was dated with no air conditioning, only had a fan which was good but noisy. The bathroom was modern and clean.

First of all, the staff is always smiling, very hospitable and always helpful, the hotel is in a great location, very clean and very good breakfast
Overall, everything is fine, only the rooms could be refreshed a bit and the bathroom could be renovated.
