Close to everything, rooms amazing rooftop bar beautiful and wine/gingerbread a lovely touch x
Breakfast could have crossiants or more bakery items. Water wasn’t hot for tea early either

Not what i was expecting but a very comfy & friendly hôtel. Réception very helpful & the little gifts were a nice touch. Excellent breakfast if a little crowded at peak times.
Shampoo etc not replaced

The location is perfect, breakfast is decent, room was clean and nice.
The room photos suggested there will be a bath, there was only shower. The room was on 5th floor, while the elevator only goes to 4th. Noone helped with the luggage up two narrow flights of stairs. The deluxe room is very small.

The location was great . The rooms were big and spacious and our bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful when I need my room changed .
The stairs. Yes I know it’s Prague and there are stairs but if a person who has hip of knee problems they need to be told about it .

The staff were very helpful
The property was very dated and no shower cubicle in our room , we had a bath with a shower head attachment and no privacy whatsoever it was behind a glass screen in the actual room:. Also a tv which you couldn’t get any channels on.: wouldn’t class as 4* and costing almost £700 for 3 nights not worth it

The staff are incredible and the value for money is absolutely fantastic - from free drinks, postcards, welcome notes etc. This team went above and beyond!! Also the location is fab
The room was a little bit small but it's 100% understandable for such a beautiful building with so much character
