Walking distance from Everything. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Even though it’s an old building, we didn’t care about it and felt very good in our room. Beds and sheets were clean and bathtub also. Beautiful view! Please don’t give bad reviews about the view because of the fog, it is not anyone’s fault ❤️
The system: for example I had no remote control in my room and unfortunately reception couldn’t help because they have no access to anything regarding Housekeeping, which is not ideal or productive when managing a hotel. The building is old, ok! But with a little effort certain crevices can be thoroughly cleaned. The essential things were clean, but you could see some things that need a little love. But no big deal! In general it was a great place to stay. Thank you all ❤️

Wonderful
Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety and fresh products. The rooftop bar offers a magnificent view over Prague. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and Tram
The only downside: it could do with a bit of renovation. But the hotel has charm.

We really enjoyed the time in this hotel! The building and the rooms are really beautiful and it’s in the center so you can reach everything. The people in the reception were really nice and always friendly and helpful! We would come back again everytime!

Great location, nice little touches like welcome bottle of wine, little gift set of toiletries.
Comfy bed. Good breakfast options.
Happy to store luggage for you on arrival and departure.
Our room was at the front and police and emergency vehicle sirens were very noisy..
Needs a bathroom shelf!

Huge room but still warm and cosy. Kettle and tea provisions in our room.Mini bar if you need it.
Good location for sight seeing.
Breakfast was excellent ...a bonus set us up for the day.
Staff lovely all friendly could not help us enough.
We were given vouchers for drinks and pass card for money off which was another nice touch.
Pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable. I am not sure if this is just normal to get such huge pillows in Prague hotels.

This is my first time to prague & i can say that this is one of my best stays in Europe!!
The staff welcomed us at the beginning and let us have early check in because of our flights + they made an upgrade for our room & that was fantastic!!

Very friendly staff. Room came with all basic necessities - lovely and warm. Breakfast was a great spread and had everything you need. We had a lovely view from our hotel and it was a short walk to shops/ restaurants :-)
