The breakfast room is very cramped
We were on the top floor and the lift doesn’t go that far so still had a steep set of stairs to climb

Charming old hotel at the top of Wenceslas. Lovely restaurants about as were grocery stores. Huge room and lots of light. Easy to get in and out of all areas. Quiet. Restaurant next door. Lovely roof top bar...have a drink at sunset...quiet magical. Staff all lovely and so helpful

Everything, staff were absolutely lovely upon check in, even had a gentleman take my luggage to my room for me. Once in room, a complimentary bottle of wine and cake was in there for me. Such a nice touch, and upon check out, a gift voucher for a future stay as well as a magnet and a bottle of water! Location is perfect too, old town isn't too far.

The position of the hotel was perfect. The receptionists very helpfull. The room was cleaned every day.There was a wide variete to choose from for breakfast. The view from the roof terace was beautiful.

Location was good. Rooms were clean and roomy. The staff were excellent, particularly the young bar man and evening receptionist who assisted me when i needed help. Huge thanks to everyone involved. X
You could hear every creak of the floor boards in the corridor and traffic outside.

I liked that the room is huge and the view from the window is very beautiful. I loved the breakfast. The selection was great including different deserts.

Location was ideal, really close to train station, out the way of hustle bustle so no loud clubs keeping you up, and just a short,easy walk to the old town (around 15 minutes).
The room was very spacious and bright, we even had a balcony looking over the square. Some minor cleaning letdowns (dust around furniture, a little black fluff in bed) but overall clean.
Breakfast was amazing, a great selection of items from warm scramble egg and pancakes to a nice selection of cheese, fresh fruit, and homemade cakes- all of which we both found delicious! Coffee was also nice from a bean coffee machine.
Staff were friendly but could have been more organised at check-in as this seemed to take a while. Nice touch of a free drink each on the roof top bar, we took advantage of this at sunset and the views were stunning!
Slight cleaning faults, staff were slow at check-in, road could be loud (but earplugs supplied)

The hotel is in a great location - short walk to the metro.
Beds are very comfortable and everything you need in your room.
Lovely breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Not the fault of the hotel whatsoever but the maintenance works outside were a bit of a mess but once that has finished- it will be fine.
