Great location and superb stuff - always polite, very helpful. I also loved the breakfast and breakfast-room - where you are sitting comfortably between bookshelfes and wooden interior. It feels very authentic. I liked the historic touch given the historic building and the relevance of the Wenceslas Square. Nice rooftopbar and welcome drink.
I was expecting a different room design given the pictures. It was not at all the same but still very nice and cozy.

Location was perfect for my stay, I wanted to be close to the rail station. Staff were so friendly and recommended places to eat - the restaurant next door was delicious and very affordable. Comes with a free bottle of wine which is a nice touch for such a well priced hotel.
My room didn’t have a shower, only a bath. I would stay here again but next time request a room with a shower.

It was really nice to have someone 24/7 that was there for you if you had any questions. The staff which was mostly female were never to busy to take the time and help you with a smile.

It needs up dating carpets look worn and old the lift doesn’t go to the top floor and we were on the top floor lots of things need making safe like stair rails

The location was good - about 10 minutes walk from the station and at the end of Wenceslas Square. There is a nice roof top bar with a great view across the city. The staff were nice. There was a complementary bottle of wine, left in the room.
We did not have breakfast as it was 16 euros each, which seems a lot. Instead we went to Matoka, a Georgian cafe around the corner, which was excellent and very well priced.

Close to the main joint. Easy access to transport. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices. Good coffee.walkable to most tourist places.
Beds need upgrade. The spring makes you lean on side and eventually fall off the bed because springs are uneven. The sofas need deep clean or an upgrade. Lots of stains and leftover dirts. Shower needs to be readjusted so it wont dlood the entire bathroom.
