The staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful! The location was great as it was walking distance from the train station and from main sights. The hotel had a rooftop bar with great views over the city, I wish we had stayed a few more nights to make the most of this! Finally, we were really spoilt with little gifts, vouchers..etc, upon arrival, in the room and when we left. Did not expect that!
The room was a bit small, but totally OK for 1 night. We couldn't figure out how to turn the fan off, so we were a bit cold and it was a bit noisy. I do feel the positives made up for this small inconvenience!

Staff were excellent, room was large and clean. Good central location, tube station right around the corner. Hotel was quiet too. WiFi worked well throughout. Got two free drinks on arrival - although could only be used for wine and soft drinks, we were gasping for a beer! Also a complimentary bottle of wine in the trim was a lovely touch, even if we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it.
Only issue was the hand held shower, it was a good shower, just a little awkward to use without soaking the bathroom. Also the breakfast room was very narrow and busy, so hard to get through at busy times.

The room was huge and so nice, location-centric but not too much. We stayed with an infant, and it was very quiet to sleep. We didn't get breakfast from the hotel, but the staff were the nicest

Most comfortable bed in Europe!! Loved the Procecco on the rooftop patio. Spacious rooms with an historical feel. Very clean. The co-located Husinec restaurant is great. Highly recommend the roast Goose. Hotel staff have complimentary aperitif tickets and the discount card offers 20% off. Hotel breakfast very good. Great stay, highly recommend!

Room is spacious, good view, with complimentary water served every day of our stay!
The bathroom water taps are old style, not convenient, and water may split from the stand in shower room

Lovely big room with balcony and fantastic views of Prague. Very quiet at the rear of the hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
Excellent value for money.

There are no shelves in the wardrobe. Crosstalk from the next room.
