Wonderful
On arrival we were met with competent young lady Mira and her staff members.
We arrived a day early and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms are spacious clean and practical. Toiletries are given in the bathroom and we also received a goody on arrival making us feel like very special guests. The beds are comfy and rooms spacious. Emphasize very clean.
We had a drink on the roof terrace with a nice heater and wonderful views.
We parked our car in the parking place on premisses. We could just fit the car in. The alley was a little narrow but we managed.
The hotel is well situated just around the corner of national museum and main shopping street.
We had a lovely stay and thank the staff for making our stay great.
We would love to return.

Stayed in the castle view room and the panorama was beautiful.
As we were mostly going to the old town, it was a little bit outside, but an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to see.

The staff was amazing, we were upgraded for a better room when we had a problem with the window. Great breakfast. Great location. We had a lovely time! Also we got a discount card for attractions in the city, and a welcome drink. We will be back! :)

The room was definitely okay (and fortunately located at the backside, given the very noisy street) but a bit "old fashened", reminding a lot of the old days before 1989.
A nice breakfast with lots of choices, unfortunately only opening at 7:00 since I had to leave at 7:30 for business (and there were lots of people lining up at 7:00 to have a quick bite, also tourists)
The rooms could be a bit more up to date (based on average "modern" standards at many hotels in this price category)

The location is great, love the characteristics of the Hotel and rooms are old-style but great. Breakfast was excellent.
If they provide a slipper would be great, pillow is too big for me if they could provide a small pillow would be great.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very friendly and always ready to help. We truly appreciated the great assistance and services provided throughout our visit. The breakfast was good, and the team made sure everything was well arranged. A special thanks to the hotel staff for their help with parking assistance, which was very much appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The rooms were a bit old and the hot water stopped after a few mins into the bath. The bathroom was smelly.

Hotel is nice, staff is really great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with many options. Location is amazing. They are dog friendly, and my doggy loves the park in front of the hotel. We have stayed here several times, and always are my first choice for hotel.
Parking is a little tricky.

The reception guys were very friendly and nice. The rooms are big, light and clean. Wonderful tasty breakfasts with great choices. In the middle of city center, but the rooms are quiet with windows in the inner garden.

The room was huge and so nice, location-centric but not too much. We stayed with an infant, and it was very quiet to sleep. We didn't get breakfast from the hotel, but the staff were the nicest

Most comfortable bed in Europe!! Loved the Procecco on the rooftop patio. Spacious rooms with an historical feel. Very clean. The co-located Husinec restaurant is great. Highly recommend the roast Goose. Hotel staff have complimentary aperitif tickets and the discount card offers 20% off. Hotel breakfast very good. Great stay, highly recommend!
