Location was fantastic the balcony was incredible and the hotel rooms were very spacious. We got a complimentary bottle of wine and a free drink at the roof top bar which has incredible views as well as two free shots as the restaurant next door.
I just wish there was a kettle in the room so I could of made a coffee before stepping out for the day

Staff were lovely and went the extra mile to put a complimentary bottle of prosecco and card in the room for my girlfriends birthday. Was very clean and in a great location.
The Prague pass we got when we checked in was brilliant. We used it to get a free river cruise, and discount off the Zoo and the optical illusion museum..
All in all, a great hotel, a great stay and would definitely recommend.
There's nothing we didn't like about the hotel, the only criticism we have is when we got there we were given a "free drink" voucher for the roof top bar.
We thought we'd go up there to experience it on our 2nd night.
When we got there, the barman wasn't very friendly and it wasn't very welcoming in there. It felt like it was all locals sat in there and it was very clicky, meaning we had to sit outside as they took up the whole inside area. The "free drink" was either a Pepsi or a mulled wine neither of which we liked.
We probably would have spent more time up there had our first experience been better.

This hotel was a great find. Location in the New Town was excellent, right next to the metro and easy walking distance to the Old Town. Lovely little rooftop bar with views over Prague towards the castle. Excellent value for money. We even had our room upgraded with an attic room view of the museum and a free standing bath, which for the price we paid, was fantastic. Staff were so nice and nothing was too much trouble. You can even get free mulled wine at reception to take up to the roof terrace when the bar isnt open. Would absolutely stay here again.
Just be aware that this hotel is an older building in the historic quarter, so don't be expecting modern living. Its traditional and charming albeit a little tired in places (which made no difference to how much we enjoyed our stay).

Great hotel right in the center of Prague with an amazing rooftop bar with 360 view. Me and my wife stayed there with our dog and received amazing service from the super kind staff with several personal gestures from them. The room was also cozy, spacious and clean. I would definitely come back, next time for longer!

Location was fantastic to walk from train station, to restaurants and to the Old Town area. Facility was easy to check in, breakfast was wonderful, rooftop bar and view were extraordinary. Quadruple room was perfect. Loved the uniqueness of this hotel.

It was more than perfect, I took my girlfriens here for a birthday weekend trip. At start we've given a present and a free mulled wine, we stayed at highest floor with breathtaking view of hradcany palace ( higher is only panorama bar ), everything was clean, bed was amazing, the breakfast very tasty, private parking ( very big cars won't fit thru doors, but we did :D ), one of the best thing is location, 30 metres from national museum and vaclav place, lots of shops, food and in winter Christmas Market, everyone was verrry nice to us, definitely gonna come here next year!
Only weakness is that you can here loudly what's going on in the corridor, other than that nothing!

We stayed at the Wenceslas Square Hotel for one night. The staff were really friendly and helpful, in terms of parking, even gave us vouchers and tips for our first stay in Prague.
Also, we got the exact room we asked for in our special request. It was very clean and bright, with a stunning view. The hotel is centrally located, so you can get everywhere real quick.
We also loved the rooftop terrace (last photo) and café, as well as the tasty breakfast.
