Great accommodation for our stay in Prague. The pool, wellness and sport facilities were excellent.
Breakfast facilities were huge and if you come at the wrong time it can get very busy. So we decided to have our breakfast early and really enjoyed it.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in Praha. The staff were fantastic across the board, from the front desk team to the restaurant servers and Thai massage therapists. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, kind, and professional.
The breakfast was excellent, the amenities were great, and the restaurant was a highlight of the stay. The svíčková was the best I have ever had, and the restaurant staff made the experience even better. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well-run.
The only downsides were related to extra charges. The room was already expensive, so the additional charge for pool and wellness access felt unnecessary, especially since we paid for it but did not get a chance to use it. To be fair, we did not ask for a refund, but one was not offered either.
We were also charged for bottled water from the minibar, which added to the feeling that there were a few too many extra costs for an otherwise premium hotel. It was also not possible for us to set the TV to English or use English subtitles, though that was a minor issue and did not significantly affect our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would still highly recommend the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wellness Hotel Step in Prague. My family and I loved that the hotel was in a quiet location, but still close enough to easily use the metro and tram to get into Old Town and New Town Prague.
The kids especially loved the pool, which was a big highlight for them. The air conditioning was also very useful during a warm spring day in May when temperatures reached around 80°F, which is definitely something Americans really appreciate when traveling.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Wellness Hotel Step to friends or families traveling to Prague.

Great atmosphere, amazing facilities, great cuisine, easy parking, we were happy. Thanks also to staff, namely Daiana at the counter.
Some people may be upset by the near train, but we were fine with that. We knew which city part we were about to stay.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was comfy. A/C was awesome. Loved that there was chess in the lobby. Did not try the food, but the prices looked reasonable.
Good value b/c it was out of town center. About an hour from downtown by public transportation. only 20 minutes by Uber. The beds were a little hard

Great staff.. everybody was positive, hospitable and always willing to help. Exactly what we want.
Triple-Room was definitely smaller for a family of four (2 kids) than we are used to, but we didnt consider it as an issue.
Breakfast was really good - our whole family was super happy with wide variety of food and drinks. Everything was fresh and tasted great.
Free parking is a good addition for family travelling by car - really appreciate it.
