The breakfast was great and the beds were nice. I liked the possibilities to different sports (small, but okay gym, tennis, squash, swimming ect).

The staff were very friendly and there was also free parking. Our room was really clean and the hotel also gifted a large almond and orange panattoni and a bottle of wine.
Our room was really small and was about 50cm wider than then bed. Also all of the pools and saunas cost extra, alot extra. You also need the free parking because you are nowhere near anything. The hotel is also next to a main train line so the noise was disturbing from early in the morning.

The beds
I had a small room with 2 small beds. No coffee or tea in the room or any kind of items that a 4star hotel should have. The pool was not looking as in pictures and the water was cold. Super crowded and the price did not say that does not include the spa and pool. I had to pay extra altough it was super expensive

Amazing hotel, wish i had more time to spend there to enjoy the spa…
Rooms were a little on the small side to what i was expecting.. but it wont put me off making this my preferred hotel while staying in Prague

Attended World Figure Skating championship event and this hotel was very conveniently located. We love to walk and the distance to the O2 Arena was perfect though we did have to navigate rather steep lengthy set of stairs. No worries about safety even walking late at night. Morning brekfast buffet was excellent with everything one could ask for, sadly not open for typical Sunday brunch though, you snooze you lose. Small bars and café spots sprinkled about the hotel. Staff 24/7 at the reception always very helpful. Room was clean and bathroom spacious.
Room was always too hot and dry for us. Bring eye drops and body lotion. Toiletries lacking . . . shampoo barely enough for one and no conditioner. With long hair this was a serious disappointment. One tiny bar of soap? Bring what you need, or do what we did and go shopping!

The location is excellent: the O2 Arena is within easy walking distance, and public transport to the city is just a short walk away as well.
I also appreciated that the room cleaning was done while we were at breakfast, which made everything feel smooth and unobtrusive.

Room, Food and Staff were excellent. Really helpful front of house staff.
Location by train tracks and main junction. But I guess the trains got there first. They changed our room to a quieter area.
