room was very nice, modern and clean. hotel is quite large with a lot of facilities. breakfast is quite good with very large choice of foods. parking is good. staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
there are train rails close to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem. Trains are quite loud and very frequent during the night. Ask for a room that does not have view towards rail roads.

Excellent location; premises were fancy, modern, and clean, and staff was professional. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast, but the overall impression was good.
During my check-in after 11pm, the receptionist handed me a welcome drink voucher, which had to be used before 11pm on the check-in day. Though it was probably an honest mistake, it still felt like a scam, especially as I was tired after a long day.

The rooms were good, clean rooms with wifi, Ac's and tv as well. Washroom was good too.
There was one lady at reception, she was too rude to us. Everytime we used to ask for anything like free waterpass vouchers, water. I don't know why she was like that. Even a normal human being is always more welcoming than her. She was giving looks like why are we here.
Also the complimentary breakfast doesn't have vegitarian options.

Very clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, very friendly and responsive staff!
Loud room due to nearby traffic and trains, gym only open from 7 am, some gym Equipment broken.

Parking free, fridge, very clean, very polite reception staff,
No gluten free bread so I missed breakfast, noisy as the room facing train lines, so couldn’t sleep with open window. When window shut it reduces train noise significantly.
