The hotel apartment was clean and spacious. We loved it, very close to the city center, all the location we needed.
Breakfast was excellent, and the bonus was a welcome drink. We also enjoyed wellness and spa.

Large hotel, with wide range of facilities, outside of the centre of Prague but lots to do with children. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was upgraded and we were given an extra hour in the waterworld.
We got taxi to and from old town just to make it easier with the children, had we been staying longer we would have looked into public transport

Breakfast, bed and pillow were good. Sauna world was only thing working well.
Reception had some bad issues serving and the food is most low quality I’ve ever had in hotel restaurant. Location is horrible, so you are pretty much forced to eat there. Or take taxi every lunch and dinner.
90’s petrol stations serve better dishes.
Just to continue my stay with normally same room, I was blackmailed to write a 10 review here. That was low behaviour.

Execpt 2 things below, all in all it was a very good stay, Pool, Sauna great, good location
1. We didn't get the room what we booked - got attic room top floor, had booked non-attic Standard Triple Room for family of 4
2. Finding a free parking place is a challenge especially in late afternoon, and at night there is no chance you get a free parking lot. The parking personnel who was supposed to help guests park the car was least bothered to see us struggling to get to a place. He didn’t even come out of this cabin...so I advise hotel to do something here

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, I really appreciate their dedication to make my stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible. Good breakfast with a big variety of choices, everything was tasty. Lovely SPA at the hotel territory, I enjoyed it. All in all, lovely hotel.
Not the best location and it can be too noisy due to the proximity of the railroads.
