I was quite disappointed with my stay. Right upon arrival, I found out that access to the pool and sauna was not included in the room rate, and this was information that had not been communicated anywhere beforehand.
Moreover, the room's cleanliness was poor, and the shower was terrible. I had to ask for a burnt-out light bulb to be replaced multiple times, and it was only done after two days. The staff was also unfriendly, and the hotel's location is bad, as you can't walk to anything.

There were not enough amenities and mineral water in the room for 5 people.

The location of the hotel. The amount of facilities despite the fact that I didn't have the time to use it.
The fact that it can be expensive if you add the access to the wellness center.

Exceptional receptionist personnel, Matyas, and another member of the staff, whom I forgot to ask his name, were awesome and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone at Wellness for a great experience. Very clean and nice facility.
My only concern was being in the vicinity of train tracks and a lengthy staircase and a long walk to the actual station(for me with knee problems).

Comfortabel location for us, free parking at the hotel. Basic but good room.
Surrounded by train tracks and noisy trains….. sleeping with ear plugs recommended.
