Staff, rooms and breakfast was nice. Breakfast had alot of options.
The room and bathroom was a bit smaller than usual and was expecting more space, looked more spacious in the pictures.

Very surprised by the great reception staff, beautiful hotel and facilities available. Our stay was short due to family but will book again in the future. A thank you to staff as an item was left in the room and it was available and returned through lost and found- Thank You.

very nice, quiet and good to relax, everything clean. The staff greets you with a real smile and Pavel Dayana and Vasile were helpful, they helped us with the safe when we locked it! a sincere thank you!

Staff at reception was extremely helpful accommodating us very quickly and provided required information.
Breakfast was excellent, clean , healthy options, good for variety for kids . Wellness is good addition but the hotel use sport facilities of sport complex . Wellness not belonging to the hotel .
Noise level too high . It’s like you leave on the train station . For 4 star hotel it should be slightly different facilities. For me it was good 3 star hotel . Rooms very basic , we stayed on 8th floor and it was very hot one window was broken and we could not lock it . Bed very basic not comfortable.

The facilities were okay, the staff was helpful and the location was quite good. The breakfast selection was nice and the place is affordable overall
The building we stayed in was under renovation so there was constant noise during the day. On one of the nights there was a beeping sound coming out of the speakers attached to the room. The cleaning could be done better, we found dirt and food crumbs on the floors after the room was supposed to have been cleaned.
