The rooms are spacious and clean, the receptionists are very friendly, location is great - I can only recommend this hotel.

I like the amenities especially the sauna world was amazing. Breakfast was great!
The location isn’t the greatest if you want to site seeing. I also didn’t like the bathroom, it was very plain with no room to put your toiletries. And NO pickle ball court which was very disappointing!!! Pickle ball is taking over the world. Please consider to change a tennis court into few pickle ball courts. Your guests might love it especially from USA

Great location when attending a concert in O2 arena and also easy to go to Old town and city centre with tram/metro. Hotel was clean, staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was good.

Rooms and breakfast very nice
I didint like the pool. Was all not clear, they told us there is a bar in the pool section , there was no- but was one on the way in bowling section. We have asked bartender if it’s ok to go to the pool with drinks. They told us yes - no problem, the moment we went to the pool the pool cashier said we are with alcohol and we can’t enter the pool section. We earlier ask guy at hotel check in, than we ask bartender they both said no problem, on the pool - problem. We wanted to leave the drinks and go to the pool without, they also disagree becouse we are already probably under alcohol influence .
This crushed all our Friday plans becouse we came early from city to make “spa” Friday.
We also took the hotel on suburbia just becouse of the pool. So was absolutely not worth in the end .

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, great assortment and taste. Staff was very helpful and willing to advise.
The room was quite small and I would expect more comfort for the price. Our room was directed to the train station so night sleep was more enjoyable if we used ear plugs.

Location was good, but overall not very satisfied with my stay. The room felt very outdated and could really use a renovation. No Iron in the room and wasn't allowed to have one when needed in the evenining, next day I was told that they have only one Iron and there is a queue of 7 people before me. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and the shower was both small and poorly designed — no curtains, so water went everywhere. Overall, the atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming, and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or eager to help. Wouldn’t stay again.
