This hotel is fabulous, from staff to the lovely facilities. They pay attention to every details. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and ladies get a fresh flower to brighten their days. Will definitely come again.
I'm a side sleeper and the soft memory foam mattress wasn't the best fit for me,I'd prefer something more firmer.

Facilities and staff are top notch
Some rooms (like mine) are faced to train tracks, having some unpleasant noises from time to time. They provide ear plugs in the room for it, but it could be better insulated.

Everything. Clean rooms, huge breakfast buffet, good swimming pool with nice saunas, friendly staff.
The walk to public transportation is about 10-15 min and there are quite a few steps so it may not be suitable for older people or families with babies. It's well connected to the city center though.

I traveled with my son - the hotel is super child friendly, plenty of activities available, amazing restaurant, and nice rooms. We played badminton every day twice a day, went to the pool and generally had great time exploring the hotel and the area nearby. Both my son and I loved it!

Good reasonable facilities, including free parking and welcome drink. Restaurant and bar open until late - food and room service was good.
Receptionist was not friendly and a little hostile on arrival. Hotel needs updating the carpet was very old and dirty in the hallways and bedroom. We stayed in 806 and Bedroom had a damp/funny smell which was not good.

Very small shower cubicle. Don’t pay for breakfast. There was construction going on so loud.
