Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Nice lobby area with chess boards and a bar.
The photos and information made it look like it had great facilities: a swimming pool, indoor golf and bowling. But the swimming pool was an external venue with paid access, the indoor golf had shut down, and the bowling only opened in the evenings and was booked out.
It was not very central in Prague, and there was little of interest in the immediate vicinity but there were reasonable transport options to the city centre.
The soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and there was noise from guests in neighboring rooms and the corridor.

This is a big hotel and breakfasts, although excellent with lots of choice were a bit of a scrum....very busy! Traffic flow of staff, food and diners would be an interesting thing to do as there were some near collisions!. The sports and swimming facilities next door were excellent and not too expensive to use. More EV charging would be useful as there are only 2 slow chargers over by the swimming pool. Becoming a Tesla destination charging partner would be something to consider (No, I don't have a Tesla but I do have an EV)
The room and shower were first class but a little addition in the shower would be a hand rail. Given that we have an ageing population with people more likely to be unsteady on their feet, this may be a good thing to have.

Overall, it was a good hotel with a good breakfast, but the rooms were small.
The pool staff should be more familiar with Muslim swimwear and avoid asking the same questions every day. As the hotel welcomes guests from different culture& religion.

thanks for the room change! staying in the newer building, away from the tracks really made a difference
crowded at breakfast and the tables are placed way too close to each other making it difficult to move around and get to your place.
the initial room was at the top of the building facing the train tracks and it was loud until late at night and from early morning; but, staff reacted immediately when we told them about this and the fact that the aircon was not working.
located away from center, but a 10 Euro Bolt ride will take you there in 15 mins.
price a bit high considering overall quality and location
