Very nice sauna world! Clean rooms.
Somebody stole our unused towels from shelf and we had to pay to get new ones. You also have to pick up new spa tickets every day at hotels reception. Hotel service was messy, slow and unfriendly.

Friendly receptionist, complimentary prosecco and a gentleman playing the piano at the entrance. Beautiful garden.
Train noise is something to get used to, but they supplied earplugs in every room.

We had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and serviced daily to a very high standard. The spa and fitness facilities were exceptional and definitely worth the extra cost. The hotel is also conveniently located, with the nearest tram stop just a five minute walk away, providing easy access to the city centre in around 12 minutes. Highly recommended.

Staff really helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous. Nice little balcony. Down side was that, whilst very close to the O2 arena, there is a bit of route march and a big set of steps to get up and down. The definite plus is the staff and breakfast. It is on top of the railway line (big intersection) but the noise wasn't a problem.

It's a bit far from central Prague, so you'd need a taxi or a car.

Clean, professional and nice staff.
The pillows are too big to sleep on. Three of us could not fall asleep properly for 3 nights. The live piano is nice, but it wakes you up if you leave the window open in morning
