Very comfy and clean rooms, sauna world and pool lovely, friendly staff!
The time in the pool/ sauna world is timed and if u go over it is charged. It's not too expensive but also open to public. I wonder if hotel guests should have more / longer access.

Breakfast was an amazing treat, very varied and top of the line products. Staff in front desk and desk at the Spa/Pool are one of your best assets, they are very hospitable and welcoming.
room service menu was really poor, not a thing was atractive to the appetite.

Breakfast was nice , Good access from and to the parking .
Bath wasn't holding water plug was leaking,
Aircondition was dripping water that much that the carpet underneath was all wet, Swimming pool had to be paid extra where on website it's was saying Swimming pole access newer said it had to be paid extra. Location isn't great either. Staff was a bit rude.

I am almost 5 years going to the wellness hotel this year. Everything change we feel the new worker qualified to be in their position.
Like always I’m saying he was nice hotel but this year everything change

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Nice lobby area with chess boards and a bar.
The photos and information made it look like it had great facilities: a swimming pool, indoor golf and bowling. But the swimming pool was an external venue with paid access, the indoor golf had shut down, and the bowling only opened in the evenings and was booked out.
It was not very central in Prague, and there was little of interest in the immediate vicinity but there were reasonable transport options to the city centre.
The soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and there was noise from guests in neighboring rooms and the corridor.

Overall, it was a good hotel with a good breakfast, but the rooms were small.
The pool staff should be more familiar with Muslim swimwear and avoid asking the same questions every day. As the hotel welcomes guests from different culture& religion.
