The SPA was very clean and in very good order. The restaurant had very tasty food. The gym was very well equipped. Matej and 2 of the blond girls at the reception were very respectful and pleasant to interact with. Marian was good at handling a situation. If I lived in Prague and used this just as a GYM, followed by a SPA session and dinner at the restaurant, it would be a 9 or a 10.
At booking, I was unaware the SPA is paid for an additional 27 euro per person for 2 hours. It felt as if the brunette who did our check-in hated her job. It is strange as everyone else was so nice. Overall, it seemed as if the hotel did the minimum to meet the 4-star criteria: The room was basic. There was no coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was unfortunately mediocre.

Wonderful
I had a stylish and comfortable room, very clean and quiet. The hotel is located near a lovely big park where I could do my morning runs and in walking distance to a metro station which makes it easy to get to the city centre.

The wellness area was top and very calm. The receptionist welcomed us nicely. The room was quite modern and valuable for this price
Unfortunately there is only one room with a bath tub but has the same room type, so there was a disappointment after hearing that we pay the same price for less interior
