It is an excellent hotel. I was very pleased with both the proximity to the historical sites of the city and the high level of cleanliness and services within the hotel. The friendly staff of the hotel and the delicious breakfast are also commendable. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The shower had no water so could not take a shower and they could not have cared less. I had to make all the suggestions in order for me to be able to have a shower

The location of this hotel is superb. The furniture and decoration is real vintage. The designers must have bought the collection gradually in boutiques, flee markets and designer stores.
This hotel is closer to 3 stars than 4. The interior is a bit worn down (dirty paint, old carpet, etc). The breakfast was more than acceptable but not delicious, exorbitant, or top quality. The airco has had its best times and the curtains did not entirely blind the room (sun in the room around 5.30!). The service is friendly but not very professional; not what one expects in a 4 star hotel.

I loved the retro design of this hotel, beautifully decorated.
The location was good, near the castle, a very quiet area.
The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice.

Amazing location, LOVED that we could leave cases at hotel before check in and explore and same at check out not having to drag our cases round all day meant we could carry on exploring, they were kept in a locked room and felt very safe! Staff are so friendly especially the chap on reception (wish I’d asked his name!!) on the rainy day they even lent us and umbrella for the day.
Honestly wouldn’t have changed anything!!!
