The location, the size, the late check-in process, safety, cleanliness.
There was no queen-size bed as advertised. Instead, the room had two single beds pushed together, which is inconvenient for a couple wanting to sleep comfortably under one blanket and one mattress. We asked to switch rooms, but were told all rooms are configured this way. Their only solution was to add an extra sheet to make it “feel” like one bed.
In addition, the shower is extremely small. Any slight movement causes you to hit the handle and unintentionally change the water temperature. A very frustrating design flaw.

Easy and clear check in/out instructions. Was great to have staff on site as well as having a place to store luggage before or after stay. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Very close to public transit and lots of dining options.
Lots of sirens from the street so if you are a light sleeper, be prepared with ear plugs or a sound machine.

Very nice location, well equipped room, washing machine included, small but well equipped kitchen. Friendly host service at an office downstairs where you can keep luggage.
In the upper floor you only have skylight, not window to see any view

Location is extremely good, transportation and restaurants and small supermarket is nearby, and not far from the city center.
Room face the inner side is quiet.
Room is big, and with whole kitchenwares.
There was a laundry machine and free washing capsules, it’s very helpful.
On line check-in is very cool, and it’s convenient that you can connect the staffs by WhatsApp.
There were still stairs need to climb though there was an elevator.
The double bed was actually 2 beds combined together, however it’s big.
Housekeeping Only once every 7 days.
No clean towels every day (need additional changes).

It’s clean , conveniently located and great amenities . Close to Vinohrady restaurants and old town
The street is extremely noisy. You can hear ambulances , police sirens and loud motorcycles running up and down the street all night . If you’re a light sleeper , you won’t get too much rest , even if the property has double pane windows .

This is a modern, well-located apartment building in "New Town" near a metro stop, lots of restaurants, and within walking distance to both the train station and "Old Town." The building has an elevator to reach the higher floors. The apartment itself was laid out nicely and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a stay. The gentleman in reception during my visit was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Nothing really. Would stay here again without question.

We liked everything about this place. Great location, beautiful recently renovated building. This is an apart hotel, so there is staff downstairs during working hours, and people are very friendly. When I travel again to Prague, I'll stay there again. The unit matches its description.

The value for the money is unparalleled. You get a large bathroom with washer, a well equipped kitchen with pretty much anything you would need to cook with, it looks out onto a large square, it has a direct bus to the train station a tram stop and underground stop within a 2 minute walk.
No concerns, honestly a fantastic value for the money.
