It is listed as having gym facilities but I only found out when the property offered an upgrade that they gym facilities are not free. The marketing information is ambiguous and misleading on this point. I was disappointed by that

Location. Bus, tram and Metro steps from front door. Gym was great.
Communicated checkout time multiple times in response to an online request specifically asking for checkout time. but cleaning crew still interrupted us multiple times the morning of checkout. I don’t think your online systems communicate. Junior Suite room layout was uncomfortable. Sofa in room was very uncomfortable to sit on and did not face TV or any other sights. This was the most disappointing part of the whole stay.

The location is excellent, with both tram and metro stations right next to the hotel, as well as a Billa supermarket nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was very uncomfortable: the shower head could not be positioned straight, only to the left or right, so I had to hold it myself while showering. Also, the bed linen was prepared in such a way that one morning I found myself inside the blanket cover, which was extremely unpleasant. It seems it had not been properly closed.

Location: close to parks, to subway, to tram, easy to walk in <30 min to castle; for me most important: close to university Personnel: extremely efficient and friendly at all interaction points Breakfast: breakfast with all I wanted (incl omelet, cereal, yoghurt, bread, fresh fruits, nuts) AND good ristretto!
