Very Good
Very good location, close to tram, metro but it was also possible to reach the Old Town on foot.
Despite the central location, the room was very quiet.
The bed was comfortable and the room was pleasant.
Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet offering a good variety of choices.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment, kind and well-educated staff, great breakfast including a Barista coffee station and local Czech specialities, good location, public transport close-by. There is even a sparkling water filter station on each floor. Gym is big and well-equipped.
For 4 people, we paid more than 2 executive rooms would have costed separately. Still, we did not get free access to the spa (as we would have with executive rooms). This entire separation is not logical nor well communicated. Even more so as parking is very expensive and comes with a 50% discount - but only for executive rooms. Why? We spent more and felt punished with extra costs.

Bathroom has both the shower and bathtube. Cosmetic product are superb from Rituals. Free water at the 5th floor. Free snack corner with a cosy sitting area. Location is the best: train station where you can reach any part of the city. Spa facility is simply amazing

I left an item of clothing in the closet of the room and I came back a few hours after checking out, the receptionist checked the database for lost things and it wasn’t there. We went up to the room and I checked where I left it, wasn’t there. The receptionists called the cleaning staff who claimed to look for the item and yet after waiting around 20 minutes claimed they found nothing. Very unprofessional situation that ruined the whole stay at the hotel.
