Wonderful
Very comfortable room with all amenities. Wonderful, extensive choices for breakfast. Management thoughtfully provided iced bubbly, fruit and cake in the room for a birthday celebration.
Reception staff rather impersonal and not a very friendly welcome when checking in.

It was a great hotel with very convenient access, yet it was not located in the crowded areas of Prague.
The sheets and bathroom were very clean.
The staff were kind, and the breakfast was decent.
The room temperature and ventilation system were excellent.
It was also a hotel that truly cared about the environment, which I found very interesting.
We had a very pleasant stay there.

Breakfast had good variety & coffee from barista. Filtered water dispenser was great and convenient. Location was perfect for convenience. Room was spacious but I couldn't really control the temperature in the room.
I had booked a room with 1 queen/king bed but at check-in, was told that there are none available and had to take a room with 2 single beds, which wasn't what I needed.
On one of the days, I asked for room cleaning but the housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room during the day so I ended up having to ask for new towels and the room wasn't cleaned.

Spacious and clean room. Bath robes and other accessories included. Friendly staff. The best hotel gym I have ever been to.
TV stopped working, and it wasn't fixed in 5 days, despite my multiple complaints. Breakfast lacks variety, and you can get here one of the worst coffees in Prague. You can get complementary treats if you don't need room cleaning, but I received some candies that were already opened by someone

Very good breakfast, perfect business event location, metro and shopping center nearby
my room was way too cold, A/C did not work well, had to use separate electrical heater
check-in procedure way too complicated (typing tons of information on an iPad with touch screen). And then they needed Austrian VAT number of my company - searching this one took another 2-3 minutes ... all in all check-in needs to be improved!
BTW: I already filled all this information out during only pre-check-in some days ago. But obviously this got lost.

The location is great! It is close to the mall, cafes, and the old town. It is also not too busy and was quiet at night. The breakfast options were excellent; everything was tasty and fresh.
The staff members were so lovely, polite, and helpful. I liked everyone very much.
The room looks just like the photos. You can tell the hotel is a bit older and the design is outdated, with some parts needing repair, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.
I tried the food at the hotel bar/cafe once, and it was a major disappointment. It was honestly inedible, and I regret ordering it.
There was no entertainment or functional toys provided for children. It is a pity! :(

Fantastic time for two nights. We enjoyed the New years buffet. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Room price was expensive for New years, but would always come back. Easy to commute into city center by tram. Parking in the hotel affordable. Also the hotel restaurant was nice.
Check in takes very long. Not sure what information they enter in the system that it takes so much time to get the key card.

I invested in an upgraded package that included access to the spa, unfortunately, it was closed during my entire stay. Additionally, the bathroom emitted a strong odor of urine that permeated the entire room.

Good breakfast and staff were lovely.
There was an issue when we were leaving. The hotel didn't show that I had paid for a couple of meals, minibar items, etc. Despite text alerts from my credit card company showing that the charges had gone through, it was confusing as the USD numbers differed from your local currency. My tour guide (a local) ended up intervening on my behalf.
