Very comfortable room with all amenities. Wonderful, extensive choices for breakfast. Management thoughtfully provided iced bubbly, fruit and cake in the room for a birthday celebration.
Reception staff rather impersonal and not a very friendly welcome when checking in.

It was a great hotel with very convenient access, yet it was not located in the crowded areas of Prague. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The staff were kind, and the breakfast was decent. The room temperature and ventilation system were excellent. It was also a hotel that truly cared about the environment, which I found very interesting. We had a very pleasant stay there.

I have already stayed in this hotel twice. It has very good location (2min walk from subway station Andel), room is nice and comfy, their staff is friendly and breakfast offers variety of choices. There is nice gym which is part of the hotel and there are saunas available too (sometime included in the price of the room, sometime at extra charge about 10€). I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Saunas should be included in the price of the room.

Breakfast had good variety & coffee from barista. Filtered water dispenser was great and convenient. Location was perfect for convenience. Room was spacious but I couldn't really control the temperature in the room.
I had booked a room with 1 queen/king bed but at check-in, was told that there are none available and had to take a room with 2 single beds, which wasn't what I needed. On one of the days, I asked for room cleaning but the housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room during the day so I ended up having to ask for new towels and the room wasn't cleaned.
