Spacious and clean room. Bath robes and other accessories included. Friendly staff. The best hotel gym I have ever been to.
TV stopped working, and it wasn't fixed in 5 days, despite my multiple complaints. Breakfast lacks variety, and you can get here one of the worst coffees in Prague. You can get complementary treats if you don't need room cleaning, but I received some candies that were already opened by someone

Breakfast was very fine as usual. lots of fresh smoothies, great fresh coffee and selection of nice food. There is also happy hour inside the hotel for small snack and non-alcoholic drinks for free. Great benefit I did not see elsewhere.
I cannot complain about anything. Very satisfied and I always keep coming back to this awesome place.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was great and located close to a major shopping centre with easy access to metro so central Prague was about 10 minutes away. Sent a bottle of Prosecco to our room for my wife’s birthday which was a nice touch.

We celebrated our anniversary when we stayed at the hotel and the staff kindly left a heartfelt note and some sweets for us and we were able to stay in a fantastic room on top of that. Very much appreciated, thank you!
Also, the breakfast covers everything you can imagine and caters to all kinds of palates. Especially memorable were the fresh smoothies and the home made kefir.
Some installments in the bathroom were a bit loose while we were there but nothing that hindered us from using it.

Always great gym , spa and breakfast is good
I was not informed that construction work would be taking place on both sides of my room and on the external wall. As a result, I was woken early every morning by drilling and loud banging.
After the first night, I raised a complaint and was told the work would not continue and that there would be no further disturbance. However, the noise continued for another two days, forcing me to complain again before any action was taken.
When the hotel finally attempted to move me, I was initially offered a smaller room with single beds. I had to explain that I had already injured my back and required a similar bed setup to what I originally booked. After some time, I was eventually moved to a room with a similar bed size.
Overall, the constant disturbance and the delay in resolving the issue meant that my rest and recovery were completely disrupted. The experience caused me significantly more stress than I had before my stay and resulted in a very poor overall experience.
On one occasion, staff entered my room while I was out and left a note with a bottle of wine as an apology. While I appreciate the gesture, I do not consume alcohol, so unfortunately it was not something I could make use of. Nonetheless, I acknowledge the intention behind it.

great choice for breakfast; the hotel even offers to take some snack as takeaway for the day; at 5th floor (not sure if on the others)there is happy hour 5-pm, where coffee+sack are available for free (coffee even off-these hours)
