1. The room was quite spacious
2. The hotel's location was great. There were several nice cafes and restaurants near the hotel
1. The bed was very uncomfortable. It wasn't flat. It was too used on one half. It felt like I was sleeping on a slope.
2. You had a carafe for filling the water from the common water cooler. However, it was quite small and we had to keep going multiple times. A slightly larger one would be better.

Close to the New Smikhov Mall and Andel subway station. This is extremely comfortable location for those who understand and a bit familiar with Prague.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The place is too strict with the early check in policy. They charge extra for that. I can understand that when you arrive several hours earlier and the room is not ready and they have to prepare it. In our case it was ready and we arrived just one hour before formal check in. I don’t think it is necessary to charge the extra under these conditions.

the single beds allowed my family member and me to rest peacefully and with personal space. Love the water disperser in each floor with cold water on a very hot week.

Pretty much everything. The rooms are fairly well designed. The access to a brilliant gym and sauna was icing on the cake. And they had free happy hours for drinks and snacks every evening - far too good. Access to restaurants nearby and walking distance (if you are fit) from major destinations (on a good day). Or else a 5 to 7 mins Uber ride from major destinations in old city

The spacious clean room, the pleasant staff, the breakfast, the location away from downtown yet close to Smichov mall, metro station, and tram.
The hotel has very little flexibility with check-in and check-out times. I was surprised that they would charged €10 for a late check-out of just 30 minutes, especially since I'm used to other hotels offering free late check-out until 3 PM from 12pm. They also wanted to charge over €23 for an early check-in, even though the room was ready at 9 AM. However, the staff and manager were kind enough to let me check in at noon without an extra fee.

I was in Vienna hotels few times. I arrived to Vienna Andel in the morning and I didn't expect to have a room just to put my staff. I the reception was a girl (I know the name) hands cover so could see tattoos (I don't mind or care for tattoos). She was I thought quiet person but I understand late she is antipathy person, not nice like guests are disturb her.
Then she said the room id ready but you should pay 20 Euro if I want it now. I didn't need the room because I had work but any way I will not take it for this offer.
The after that I move to Better hotel in I was in Vienna hotels few times. I arrived to Vienna Andel in the morning and I didn't expect to have a room just to put my staff. She was I thought quiet person but I understand late she is antipathy person, not nice like guests are disturb her.
Then she said the room id ready but you should pay 20 Euro if I want it now. Next morning I move to better hotel in Vaclav square and in the reception I said I just live my stuff and come afternoon to check in. He said the room is ready you can have it and live the stuff there.
This service of your hotel is very bad and I don't want to write other world of this issue, but I will never visit our hotel and also I will not recommend your hotel.
The antipathy and her bad attitude I saw at the check out, I said thank you even her and I heard some "mhe" syllable.
Buy the way you know this area not very nice area and visitors come there discover this after the booked your hotel.
