Lobby and the attention of the people was great, very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and perfect for our short stay

Location.
Ive stayed at this hotel a good 5 times over the 15 years I've been going to Prague. I won't stay here again, as it has been 7 years since I have been back. Rooms are dirty, rip off mini bar, the front of house staff are as rude as fcuk and think they are better than what they are.
Food used to be stunning. Now it's half the size, full of slop, no fruit, tasteless fake orange juice, tables not cleared - frankly not how my previous stays were.
No pork sausages, bacon as this offends Muslims - so it's all chicken bacon and sausages - GRIM.
They even charge you 3 euros for water in your room! Get a grip.
It's a hard no from me now.

The hotel was clean, the room was super quiet, we had a great rest. Location is excellent for public transportation (right at metro and tram station), shopping (next to one of the major shopping malls in Prague), walking distance from places like Charles bridge, Prague castle, etc. Staff was super friendly - special thanks to Honza at the reception.
