Location is excellent. 10plus! Room very nice and bathroom especially with all nice little details and beauty items. Breakfast delicious with wonderful service.

The location is perfect, 2 min. walk to the main square, the room is clean and nice, we had a view of the church, the staff was very nice, and helpful, breakfast was good and tasty. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Staff and location was wonderful. Our luggage got lost by the airlines and the staff facilitated us having it delivered the next day. Breakfast was very good Czech breakfast with kolačy, roliky, cold and hot entrees, fruit, jogurt….. Coffee, Tea juice…. And good service.

Great breakfast with Champaign. Perfect location in old town. Lovely historic building with unique elevator and no shortage of chandeliers.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff. Good breakfast, and a packed breakfast provided for us when we left early on our last day. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with some complementary pastries provided in the lobby.
The bedroom walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbours. Lighting controls were a little eccentric!

It was in the centre of the old city and was amazingly neat and the people were so friendly.
They can give more honest experience about the offers outside the hotel. We gone to historical fantasy mideveal dinner, and that was not up to the mark.

Location was perfect right on the square and stunning views. Old style elaborate architecture combined with the modern clean fresh style of the bedroom and bathroom was beautiful.
Friendly helpful staff, extra touches like the wide ranging breakfast options including champagne or mimosa if you fancied it.
Nothing not to like. Reception and restaurant areas could benefit from some refresh in the decor.
