Location
Not enough options to charge the phone in several places, and can't charge direct with USB. The free drinks in the lobby are great but just after asking we knew about it. And the didn't refill it

Wonderful central location in the Old Town in very friendly hotel with excellent facilities, good breakfast in lovely room looking out to Tyn Church. We arrived very late and they were helpful about finding somewhere to eat at 11pm!
Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view, but that meant we could hear late night noise from the street, in spite of double glazing.

We had the best hotel room a suite with a balcony. Breakfast in the dining room overlooking the square was visually enjoyable- and the food was great

Location was in the heart of old town, with a view of the central square. Room was large and spacious perfect for our family and a great selection for breakfast options.
Wish the hotel had a restaurant/bar more available, but this did not detract from the visit at all.

The location was perfect.
Good late breakfast.
Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast staff were ok. The gentleman serving was not very inviting. It felt like he was impatient and bored with his job.
