The location was great for a first time visitor. The staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. View from our window was amazing. Room was very quiet.

Great location in Prague, near the main Square. Beautiful hotel, very quirky layout & decorated. Our 2 level room was gorgeous- mezzanine with small balcony, bathroom/ensuite shower room. Lounge downstairs with single bed, flat screen tv's in both areas. Area behind closed doors with sink, kettle & coffee machine & fridge. Bottled water each daily. Tea/coffee/milk etc supplied.Lift to our 4th floor. Lovely restaurant room for a delicious breakfast, with lots of choice of very good quality food & drinks. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Need better pillows.

Fantast location, only 150m from the main square.
Great room service as in the rooms were kept clean every single day we were there (5 days)
Excellent staff on reception and the concierge was really helpful on arrival.
Although the location was absolutely fantastic, for my hubby and I, it was a little bit noisy. But we just like things very quiet, so know we are unusual in this instance! My hubby's bed was a little uncomfortable, but I slept like a log!! :-)

The breakfast was fine and the room was comfortable. We had no problems checking in or at any point in our stay. Everything was clean and well organized.
We didn't have any complaints.

The location was amazing! All the main sights in walking distance. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. More traditional feel to the hotel but couldn’t fault it

The location was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was tired/dated and we couldn’t open windows. They would have only opened to internal atrium however, they were screwed down. WiFi was poor in our room.

The huge rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Professional helpful staff. The bedding quality is fantastic.
I liked everything. The entrance area if smartened up would be in keeping with the remainder of the hotel. It was very nice though.
