The Unitas Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a former convent, 820 feet from Charles Bridge. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free internet, a DVD player and a film library. Safe courtyard parking is available but with limited spots. Reservation is required. Decorated with carefully chosen fabrics and carpets, each room in the Unitas Hotel also has a satellite TV. Coffee and tea makers are available on each floor. The Národní třída Metro Station is only 1148 feet away from the Unitas Hotel. The building represents Czech history in a unique way. Built by the Jesuits, it was later transformed into a nunnery, during the Communist period it housed the secret police and finally it was transformed into a hotel.

Close to main attractions, room is clean and spacious
Could use some better amenities in the room like an espresso machine, for example - only instant coffee and a kettle is available. The room is nice but a bit dated and could use some more modern furnishings.

We had a very good size room (by European standards) with a huge and comfortable bed. The wardrobe had plenty of room for hanging clothes and jackets, and also a free to use safe. The staff were all very friendly and spoke perfect English. We received a welcoming glass of sparkling local wine on arrival, and also bottled water in the room. The location was excellent.
Our room faced the road which has a couple of bars further along so there is the potential for a little noise at night. Maybe ask for a room facing the inner courtyard if you think this is going to be an issue for you.

Wonderful
The location was great! Hotel was exceptionally clean! Only downside was the noise in the streets at night with young people heading home from the clubs. The staff was amazing as well. If we come back I will request a room that faces the courtyard.
The noise in the streets late at night since our room faced the street across from the police station.

Location, boutique style, very clean, breakfast and waitresses in breakfast room were very good.
