The staff were extremely welcoming! They carried our bags from the taxi, offered us a complimentary champagne, offered suggestions for the city, and the hotel breakfast was incredible. Very friendly to tourists!

Well located. Large comfortable room. It felt dark but I got used to it. It was also in a very safe location and reception was manned around the clock.

Brilliant location- less than a 10 minute walk to the main square/ Charles Bridge. Tram stop super close however we walked everywhere. I credibly helpful staff, gave recommendations of bars and restaurant and locations to visit. Collection of DVDs to borrow for a cosy night in and youre able to leave your keys with them safe when you go out to explore. Will definitely be visiting again!

The location is central to all of the tourist destinations in the city. It was a 5 min walk to shops and 10 min from the old town square. At night, it was quiet and did not feel like you were right in the middle of a metropolitan city. Bonus: there is plenty of secure parking!
Nothing negative to say about the facilities. Had a very positive experience here although I did not eat here, so I cannot comment on the food.

very clean and neat room, very kind staff, hotel at a very safe location, just next to the police station LOL. and it's quite a walkable distance to old town Square. quite close to tram and metro too.
only one tiny thing, water pressure of the shower head is sometimes kinda unstable.
