No hot water all saturday and also on sunday evening.
The smell in the room was not good, smelled of old water damage.
Only 1 chair in room for 2.
TV did not work, and not possible to have both coffee machine and TV connected at the same time.
The restaurant wher the breacfast is was cold.

There is a tram that close to the hotel. The hotel's location is close to one of the churches on the hill where people can see part of the city from the hill side. People can see the nice view from there and it's also a tranquile place to be.
I asked to change the room as there's a smoky smell when I first checked into the room. The staff moved me to another room but the key to enter the room did not work well. I reported twice but the matter was not solved and remained until I left the hotel.

Our room was big and clean, white bedsheets and towels ( professional cleaning). The bathroom was renovated so everything was new and clean. The furniture was a bit old, but it didn't bother us. We had a small fridge, a big office (for working remote if you need), LIDL super close (walking distance), a lot of local places to go around. It is maybe 40 minutes by walk from the city center, but there is a direct tram right in front of the hotel. For us it was the perfect stay, walking for so long allowed us to discover the city and local neighbourhoods. It is a quiet neighbourhood. Honestly I don't understand why it has such a bad score on Booking, for us it was quiet (our window was not on the main street, but the other side of the hotel), clean, with a perfect location and an amazing price. The room was huge (maybe because we actually had 3 single beds, instead of 2 single beads). You can store the luggage free of charge before the check in or after the check out. I definitely will come back here. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant, but the menu looked nice.
The bathroom has a smell (of old pipes, old water). The first night we wanted to shower at 11pm, but there was no hot water. We asked at the reception and they turned on the hot water, but even after 1h the water was still cold. The next 2 days/ nights we had hot water at any moment of the morning/ night. It was a bit cold in the room, probably they turn on the heat later in October (we stayed at the beginning of October ). But anyway for the price, the cleanliness we were very happy with this place

Very friendly staff! Thank you for your help and support! Delicious food. It's a 2-minute walk from the tram station and 10-13 minutes to the city center.

Enjoyed to stay in here. The room was clean and the staffs are very helpful. The weather in prague was so cold, they give additional blanket to use when asked. The place was Very near with tram stop, so its easy to commute, and very walkable distance to old town. Even after check out they can keep my luggage.
Just the cold weather made my room more colder

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. There were a few minor issues, but overall I was satisfied with my experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is located in Prague 2, and 25 min walk to old town. But there is a tram station right in front of it. Very convenient to go to anywhere. Hotel room was old, but large and clean. I especially liked the big bathtub. I had a good stay.
Carpet. Furniture and fixtures were old, but it’s okay. But carpet was really old.

The shower holder was broken. We informed the front desk - no one fixed it. The shower was leaking to the floor on one side. The TV never worked. We informed the front desk however no one fixed it. The breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel was cold.

Disappointing
The only positives were the cleanliness of the sheets and towels, and the convenient location near the city’s tram and the congress center, which I was planning to visit every day.
I had a bad experience at this hotel. On my last night, I woke up in panic in the middle of the night due to unbearable noise. A group of teenagers were talking loudly, playing music in the hallways, and constantly slamming doors. It went on for a couple of hours, and I couldn’t go back to sleep until 2 AM. I had a long flight the next day, and this completely ruined my rest and overall experience. To make things worse, there was no staff available in the reception to help during the night. I had to send a message to them on Booking!
Additionally, the amenities were very basic and the fridge was empty. This is definitely not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for peace, comfort or proper service.

Towel heater in bathroom.
Solid hooked coathangers in closet.
-Checked in afternoon, paid by credit card. Found wifi out of order. Reception refused to elevate this as a problem to management. Promised to be fixed day after. Second day: wifi not working. Third day: in afternoon wifi had weak unreliable connection.
-Impossible to find other accommodation without wifi. Phone call to booking.com informs me that hotel has 48 hours to respond.
-Reception desk often without staff for long time, sign saying back in 15 minutes. Does not answer phone.
-Room carpet badly stained – looks filthy.
-No grab bars or handles at bath tub – climb out of wet tub at risk of life.
-No hot water in bath morning of last day.
-No electric kettle in room, delivered only after asking for it in reception. Coffee capsule machine makes tea water with coffee taste. No tea bags in room, no stir sticks.
-Elevator command buttons not working properly.
-Email to reception requesting partial refund for days without wifi has seen no response.

I was a wee bit disappointed with the room for the price I paid.I could have done better but I'll put it down to experience.Didnt enjoy the one breakfast I had there.
