The historical center is easily accessed from this hotel by public transportation (tram).
Room was spacious and clean, reception staff during check in and check out was friendly and smiley. :)

The reception gave me wrong rooms twice, first of all the room with 2 single bed In case, I had reserved a double bed. After that they changed the room and when I entered the room at 11 pm, there was a couple on the bed! That was a terrible experience for both of us. Finally, they gave me the right room.

Room- (My family member's room on the 2nd floor) The bed was hard and uncomfortable, there was no control for the heating system in the room. A call to the reception was not able to solve the problem. In short, the room was unheated for the night. In my room on the 3rd floor: same as above but the telephone in my room was non-functional
1. Breakfast was expensive (a l carte) 2. Rooms with old carpets 3. Too little amount of soap in the bathroom. They could at least put 2 little soap sachets

The room was very good. It was very spacious and comfortable. The location was good. Not far from the city centre and high connectivity of public transport to travel anywhere in the city. Wonderful stay.
The wifi in my room wasn't stable. Maybe it was because of the corner room, but I did not need it as much so it was fine. The staff was helpful in everything but I had to ask for a bill for my business stay 3-4 times to get it.

The Thai massage in the basement is a must try!
Its an older building, plus the housekeeping wanted to enter the room at 7pm while we were resting.

The rooms was a bit obsolete and the location is noisy.

Shower too small. No restaurant. No movie channel on tv 2nd floor down button for the elevator not working properly. House keeping done very late,around 17:30 hours

Location was very good, public transport links very close. Bedroom was a good size and layout.
Pillows were pretty small, windows were only in the ceiling so couldn't see the view.
