The location is AMAZING! Steps from the bridge. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and we ate at the restaurant some which was also very good. Could not have asked for a better experience and if we come back to Prague we will stay there again. They also set up private transfer for us from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station.

Location, clean and great breakfast
Really tiny room with no closet. All my clothes were in my luggage. Changing clothes was an exercise. We stayed for 5 nights but they could not find a larger room. By the way, after 80 days and over 35 different places that we stayed this room was too small for 2 adults and 4 bags

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Location was great !
The rooms was less that my expectations. I booked a suit and I was expecting a bigger place and a bigger bathroom or a bathtub. Yes the room was clean but old. The value to benefit wasnt as expected. Other than that there was no problems

The hotel was located in the New Town of Prague away from the busyness of the Old Town but close enough to meet our guides for city tours. Breakfast was very good as was dinner which we ate at the hotel on several occasions. The hotel managers and staff were excellent and extremely helpful to us.
We had difficulty with our luggage on the stairs going up to our room.

Beautiful hotel in quiet location with an easy walk across Charles Bridge to Old Town. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing negative—just good to know that the hotel bar and restaurant close at 9pm most (if not all) nights.

Lovely hotel placed right near the Charles Bridge on the "quiet" side - so accessible to everything within a few steps. Staff was friendly and courteous and could not do enough to help. Room was well laid out and clean, housekeeping was prompt each day and the bed was comfortable. Nice seating area in my room where my friend and I could plan our daily excursions. Breakfast room was airy and the breakfast buffet choices were good. We had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much,
Mobility-challenged folks may find the stairs a bit tricky - circular stairs with small landings before the first locked entry door upstairs - staff helped with luggage up and down which was great, but something to keep in mind if a traveler has trouble with narrow portions of the staircase. Landing areas on each floor (past the door) were spacious. Not an issue for us.

The property is in a perfect location and everyone is wonderful and kind.
Due to construction and being in the heart of Prague, the hotel was difficult to find at first, but after calling the hotel was able to assist and finding parking was easy.

Outstanding location
Shower had no privacy, was in the middle of the room. Not great when you’re traveling with your kids. Everything else was really good especially the location.
