Karen was a great host; he gave us useful tips at the start of our stay and was always there to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the center of Prague. It’s a great strategic base, as you are literally next to everything a first-time visitor would want to see. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I can easily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Prague for the first time!
I feel the need to point out two things about the location, as its greatest strength can also be a double-edged sword: First, the apartment is located in a narrow side street right off what feels like the most tourist-crowded street in all of Prague. With how busy the city gets, it can feel a little overwhelming having to navigate through swarms of people every time you want to go somewhere or return home. Second, a warning for my fellow light sleepers whose day might be heavily affected by a bad night's rest: on Friday and Saturday, the street outside was quite noisy, even in the late hours. I had to use earplugs (which worked great, and thanks to the amazing mattresses I still slept well). For normal/heavy sleepers (like my brother), I think it shouldn't be an issue at all, especially after a tiring day of exploring.

Large, clean and quiet. Great location. Nice shower. Nice amenities (couch, table & chairs, air conditioner). Kitchenette was small but had everything required. Hallways were clean and well kept. Discount to a restaurant next door.
Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys but we didn't ask.

If this place is available you are in luck. The location is perfect - right in the Old Town, just 2 minutes away from the Astronomical clock. Despite the central location, it is quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. Our host Karen was very kind and welcoming. The Fat Cat buffet breakfast discount was also very good. Additionally, we were able to leave our luggage both on the days of our arrival and departure which was very convenient and we were able to take full advantage of our time in Prague. Would definitely come back again!

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfort stay. It looked much better in person and spacious for two people. It was clean and well supplied. The location is right in the old town area and close to sightseeing. Host (Karen) was very kind and understanding.
Upgrade to electronic auto lock would be nice.

The location of the apartment was great. It was very clean and comfortable. Karen was very accomodating for check-in and check-out.

We loved the location, right in the old town very near the Charles bridge and astronomical clock. When we got tired during the day we were able to just duck back into the apartment for a bit without it being out of the way. The apartment was very clean, the water was hot with great pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Even though you are downtown, you are on a very narrow side road and it is not loud. Karen greets you to hand over the keys and get your passport information. We also had Karen set up airport transfer for us. We had to get picked up at 4 am and the driver was right on time, kind, and safe. We didn't feel like there was a need for transfer from the train station when we arrived, we just did the 15 minute walk with our luggage, but did need a ride to the airport.
Nothing we would change. Just be aware that this is not an apartment for cooking or making your own dinners. This was perfect for us as we only eat out on vacation, but others looking to cook should look elsewhere.

The room was in a great location and was very well priced.
I would have loved to have had a microwave and coffee maker, but I knew when I rented the apartment that it didn't. Otherwise, it was a wonderful apartment and Karen was very kind and helpful. It was also nice that he gave us a card where we could get 50% off of an all you can eat breakfast right next door.

We liked everything that was expected and was described, plus an impeccable cleanness, and a spacious setting. The host, Karen, was very nice, respectful, communicative and helpful. "The fat cat", the place at the corner for breakfast with a significative discount, was extremely convenient and satisfactory. The restaurant recommendation for the retro Czech dinner was excellent.

The space was ample and comfortable, the location was the best. In the middle of the action, and yet totally quiet at night because it’s an interior patio outside the window. The little kitchen was just enough to be able to make breakfast. Karen was very nice and helpful. Spotlessly clean.
