Staffs are rude except for the receptionist and bellboy. Everyone else lacks of empathy and social contact. They need to go for training for F&B industry and how to treat their customer. Especially for a 5star hotel.

Breakfast was good.
Halls were poorly lit. Was difficult to use key in dark hall to get into our room. Bar and entertainment was excellent.

The room was beautiful! I believe the rooms they have pictured on their website are suites. We booked a standard room that was still lovely, but was different than pictured on the website. The hotel had wonderful air conditioning! It was strong and cold. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view of the city, and a very fun and unique cocktail bar in the basement with a wonderful atmosphere. The location of this property was AMAZING! We could see the Astronomical Clock from our hotel window. We were truly in city center and enjoyed walking through the amazing city! We hope to stay here again in the future!
The room was a little on the small side, but truly, that is the only thing that we didn't love. This is a wonderful hotel and staying here was a great experience!

Pretty expensive Backside rooms do not have any views. Unique view from the rooftop but always crowded from outside guests, doesnt have any privileges for in-house guests.

I was given the best room in the house (suite 23), so there is nothing to complain about. My balcony overlooked the clock and was lovely. Even though it is very busy, no noise is heard in the room. This is a truly one of a kind hotel with plenty of restaurants and tourist shops around within walking distance. The staff here are superb, especially Anatastia on the front desk. She was great help to me always. The women who picked up the mess left by people eating breakfast were efficient and hard working and deserved to be tipped ---- not that anyone but me did. Prague is a lovely city made better by this fabulous hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central place to hang your head while in Prague.
I think the hot breakfast could be improved. It was always the same menu and not very appetizing most times. However, the continental part with cheese, fruit, meat, bread was excellent. The water for tea was not always hot and coffee not always available.

Fantastic location right in the middle of old town looking over the astronomical clock. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has a great old world vibe. Rooftop restaurant has great views of all the famous sights and makes for great photo opportunity. The food and drinks were also quite good. They helped organise a taxi to the airport and the car could drive in to the old town to pick us up and all our luggage, other drivers are unable to drive into this part of town.
They only had one receptionist on during the two days we stayed so sometimes check in and service at front desk can be quite slow.

We didnt have any hot water on the first night of our stay. Our room was beside the steps to the rooftop bar so guests to the bar were coming and going constantly. The room was dark and dated. The location is hectic, very busy with tourists. I was disappointed with this accommodation for the price we paid I think there are better options in Prague.

The location was amazing, and despite being amongst all the busy areas you cant tell when youre in your room.
Rooms are beautiful, the decorating is amazing.
Maybe some cheaper rates for hotel/terrace charges for guests would be nice.
Also, better Wi-Fi in the rooms!
