Property was very spacious and comfortable. Little bit of a walk from the old town centre, but a pleasant walk nonetheless the less .
When we arrived we had no towels. Having arrived after 8pm, would have been nice to shower before going to bed but were unable to as reception was closed. In our fridge was a half drunk orange juice.

The rooms were really nice, clean and big. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is nice and big. The small patio is really nice and the breakfast was really good also. You felt warmly welcomed.

The room was very cold when we initially arrived, the SPA was cold, I got cold toes during the massage, this was quite a poor experience, it seems that management is saving on heating

Most of the staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great.
It could have been closer to the tourist sites. There was one staff member, who manned the desk, that was very unhelpful and uncooperative to our requests.

All the staff from reception to the breakfast attendants were so friendly and helpful and very easy to get on with. Excellent location close to restaurants, attractions and an easy 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and about 10 mins in the other direction to the Prague Castle Ground floor apartment was spacious with a very large bedroom. Large bathroom with lovely hot water in the shower in the morning and a heated floor. Separate lounge with a table 2 chairs and a sofa bed. We were 2 adults and had plenty of room. The apartment could easily have accommodated 4 adults. Plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. Lovely breakfast in the morning with an ample European selection of cold and hot dishes. I would rate this hotel in the top 3 that I have ever stayed in excellent value for money for a 4 nite stay would definitely stay again and would recommend to anybody on a city break in Prague which is one of the most picturesque cities in Europe..
All was excellent no complaints at all.

Lovely breakfast, well maintained calm and convenient big apartment- as it was really spacy
Its out of hotel control, to be honest. Its about difficulty to find parking, but its manageable. I was able to find parking on neighbor street for standard municipal price. As far as I remember parking costs near 20 for 24 h anywhere in that area

Lovely place and very quiet for it location. GBig spacious room . Very good breakfast and yummy. Every day a little different.
The bathroom. The shower head was not adjustable without spraying water everywhere . The cabin door was also not very ergonomic.

The breakfast was amazing and very cute presented. The court yard was beautiful. Appreciated the hotel being some what small which made it cosy and welcoming. Very quiet.

Perfect location, a hidden gem with only 12 rooms all beautiful. Very pretty court yard, lovely breakfast conservatory and friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots to choose from and delicious cakes! Can't wait to go back with my husband. This trip was for my daughter's birthday who loved it too. We will definitely go back without a doubt!
Nothing really. If I had to nit pick I woukd say that an addition of a long mirror would make it even better.

Everything :- Hotel -small number of rooms - quiet & tranquil - lovely inner courtyard - friendly, helpful staff Lovely room - big enough for 2 & well equipped Breakfast - very good with some variety Location - good (10 mins walk from Charles Bridge - on the Castle side) - plenty of restaurants & cafes around.
Nothing we could think of One suggestion - it may be advisable to inform future clients that whilst the short 10 mins walk up from the Bridge, over narrow cobbled streets, was no problem for us (in fact it added to the atmosphere) it could be a problem for people with mobility or breathing problems.

The hotel has a special character that can be considered as a family home. Everyone who works at the hotel was friendly and kind..the breakfast was great..the location of the hotel was very good, about 6 minutes from the tram and 8 minutes from Prague Castle...I really liked it.
