The location is unbeatable, just steps from Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance of Prague’s most beautiful sights, yet it still feels peaceful and tucked away. Our room overlooked the square, and it was unlike any hotel room we’ve stayed in. It was full of character and charm, with beautiful historic details that made it feel truly special. Looking out the window each morning felt like stepping into another era. It was one of those rare places where you actually wanted to spend time in the room.
The staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They happily answered all our questions and gave fantastic local recommendations. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, keeping our room spotless every day while making us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fresh, varied selection available every morning. Everything was delicious, and the staff were always accommodating and attentive. If you’re looking for a hotel with personality, outstanding service, and one of the best locations in Prague, look no further. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

Location is super! Close to Charles bridge as its name. Right in front is tram and you can still take beautiful picture from the room window.

The location was perfectly centralized. I loved the loft bed in the room which created a separate space to sleep and to relax and eat. A fan was provided in the room for us already, and it created great air circulation. They also provided robes and slippers. We felt very taken care of.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered snacks and drinks in the room as complementary. We were very pleased by this. In a time where it seems like places try to nickel and dime you for everything, this was a wonderful relief.
Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and featured a lot of variety. The way it was served worked really well. To go steps from our room to get a plate, then return to our room with a beautiful view to eat breakfast and have coffee with my husband was part of the charming experience of visiting Prague. We loved this place and would definitely return.
Our stay was wonderful and we have no complaints.

Amazing location: steps from transport and Charles Bridge. Delicious breakfast included: hot and cold, plenty of proteins and can eat in privacy of room. 24 hour reception. Charming decor. Free snacks, drinks, Nespresso machine, toiletries, robe.

Breakfast was simple, but OK. Only spoiler for me was the fact that they did not bring coffee. Had to leave early but by the time breakfast was on, there was still no coffee.

Very cozy and quite interesting ambient. Great view from all the windows, awesome breakfast. Every important city attractions is either nearby or directly reachable by the tram stopping just in a front of apartments. I would highly recommend this property and would for sure stay there in case I plan another travel back to Prague.

The studio is really cosy and charming, the location is perfect, just few step from the old Town.
The tram in front of the room was a bit noisy but if you want to stay in the center....

The location is ideal!
Some of the staff was rude. Upon check time they were pretty aggressive about us leaving right away. Even though I let them know that one of my kids was sick and had been up all night, they barely gave us an extra 30 minutes. They were pretty aggressive about us leaving on the dot. They excuse was that the cleaning lady was ready to clean the room when in fact the whole time that we were waiting for our transportation rhe cleaning lady was downstairs having a very animated conversation with the front desk staff.

Very close to Charles Bridge, Shrine of the Infant Jesus and Prague Castle just a few minutes walking. You can use the Tram and easy to find a Uber. Also you can find a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Very comfortable room and clean sheets.

The location is great - really close to the bridge but away from all the tourist traps.
