Great central location with quite surrounding compared to the old town. Nearby station allows high accessibility to everywhere around. The breakfast was varied and delicious (bouffe which you take to your room). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and included small kitchen with utensils. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a convenient ATM of Komerční banka (KB) just across the square to the east, with no commission fees or high rate conversation traps.
2 points that didn't really bother us but should be considered: 1. The stairs to the upper floor (where the bed located) are steep. 2. Due to conservation regulations, the provided AC is a small unit located on the second floor next to the bed. But even after nearly 30 Celsius days it only took half an hour to cool down the room (opening the windows and roof hatch for 10min also contributed).

Location was really good. Really close to all major attractions. The tram station was just around the corner.
There is no AC and the unit in the room was noisy. The bedroom space was a little tight.

Location, location, location. The hotel was perfectly situated for all of the activities I wanted to do. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful. My room was larger than expected.

Was hard to find, no sign outside. Had to ask someone. A sign (even if it was on the entrance door) would have been helpful.

Looking out the window each morning felt like stepping into another era. It was one of those rare places where you actually wanted to spend time in the room. The staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They happily answered all our questions and gave fantastic local recommendations. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, keeping our room spotless every day while making us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fresh, varied selection available every morning. Everything was delicious, and the staff were always accommodating and attentive. If you’re looking for a hotel with personality, outstanding service, and one of the best locations in Prague, look no further. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
