We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. I was traveling with my little daughter and reached out beforehand with a special request to see if they could arrange a small surprise for her. The staff completely exceeded my expectations and truly went the extra mile to make our stay special.

We had a wonderful stay at Miss Sophie’s. The location is perfect, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive.
A very special thank you for helping us organize a birthday surprise for my husband — balloons and a birthday cake were waiting for him, and everything was arranged beautifully. It was such a lovely and thoughtful touch that made his birthday and our stay in Prague even more special. We truly appreciated the care and attention. Thank you!

Cannot recommend enough! The perfect stay they went above and beyond it was a beautiful room with more than anything you need. I’ve never been to a place better. Made a special deal for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were able to store our bags. Staff so lovely and helpful, very trusting.

We really appreciated the excellent location at Malostranské náměstí. It was perfect for exploring Prague, and one of the biggest advantages was being able to return to the hotel at any time during the day, take a short rest, and then continue sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which we also appreciated. We were satisfied with the breakfast as well. Although the selection was not particularly extensive, it was sufficient for us, and we enjoyed it.
Overall, the location, pleasant staff, and satisfactory breakfast were definitely the highlights of our stay.
The room was very dark, which may have been intentional to match the medieval-style décor and wallpaper, but it still made the space feel quite gloomy. A portable air-conditioning unit was provided, but unfortunately, it did not work for us. The TV was also not functioning during our stay.
In addition, renovation work was taking place at the time. The windows were covered, and there was scaffolding directly outside, which affected the overall experience and the amount of natural light in the room.
I am not trying to be overly negative, but simply to share the facts of our stay. The property may have its charm, but these issues are worth mentioning so that future guests know what to expect.
