Location was really good. Really close to all major attractions. The tram station was just around the corner.
There is no AC and the unit in the room was noisy. The bedroom space was a little tight.

Was hard to find, no sign outside. Had to ask someone. A sign (even if it was on the entrance door) would have been helpful.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance of Prague’s most beautiful sights, yet it still feels peaceful and tucked away. Our room overlooked the square, and it was unlike any hotel room we’ve stayed in. It was full of character and charm, with beautiful historic details that made it feel truly special. Looking out the window each morning felt like stepping into another era. It was one of those rare places where you actually wanted to spend time in the room. The staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They happily answered all our questions and gave fantastic local recommendations. A special mention also goes to the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, keeping our room spotless every day while making us feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast was another highlight, with a fresh, varied selection available every morning. Everything was delicious, and the staff were always accommodating and attentive. If you’re looking for a hotel with personality, outstanding service, and one of the best locations in Prague, look no further. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

At the breakfast it will be nice if the staff can be more attentive making sure the cold buff stays cold and warm food stays warm The shower hand wasn't holding so well in the bathroom

Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge is a charming hotel in the centre of Prague. It is conveniently located if you want to explore this lively, touristy area. You have plenty of restaurants, a bakery, and even a McDonald's just a step outside the door (very useful when you arrive late with tired kids). The hotel is an old building with a real sense of charm. It is clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The couple at the reception speak English, Spanish, and Czech, which I think is great. The rooms are spacious, each with its own kitchenette and a generous, thoughtful basket of treats that made the kids very happy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good, with a decent choice, and the kids enjoyed the buffet (especially being able to eat as many pancakes as they wanted). For us it was perfect for a one-night stay, though perhaps less suited to a longer one. I also liked the small touch of a poster listing free activities nearby. Definitely a good choice for a family or a group of friends.
As it is an old building, and the family rooms are tucked under the roof, the insulation is not the best. In April we found the room a little cold, we would have loved some extra blankets — unfortunately none were available.
