Convenient location – everything is within walking distance.
Breakfast was lovely and served in the hallway, which was very convenient, because you can go back to your room wearing the hotel bathrobe and slippers and enjoy your meal there. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils. Bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries are also provided.
Friendly and helpful staff! Thank you for the birthday prosecco and the welcome treats!

Perfect location. Amazing room, absolutely loved it. So spacious, breakfast had lots of great choices. The room was great, lovely view. My favourite thing was to open the windows wide in the morning and sit with my cup of tea in the morning sun looking out over Prague!
Nothing at all. Genuinely thought everything about it was perfect. Made me want to buy the apartment. The kitchenette was small, but as we didn't really use it it was no problem.

Location could not be better you had St Charles Bridge stone throw away which was ideal if you wanted to get up at 6 am and have the bridge to yourself.
Local blue bar was very close so you can skip home post a few cocktails.
Staff in general were good, some staff were more helpful than the rest we were looking at booking the SPA at the sister hotel but one staff of member was not very helpful.
Breakfast has room for improvement with the options.

Very Good
Breakfast was very good, Location was perfect
The rooms really need a refurb, mismatch furniture and items, no tea towel or washing up bowl/plug , you have to wash your breakfast items but a bit tricky to do with only a running tap and tiny sponge. Lack of electric sockets for device charging and in the wrong places.

We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Firstly, the location is absolutely superb, located just 2 mins from the Charles Bridge, with easy walking to the Old Town and the Castle. We walked pretty much everywhere however there is a tram stop located right outside which makes travelling any further very quick and easy. There are lots of excellent restaurants on the doorstep too and a little mini market for supplies just 1 minute walk. We arrived when it was snowing making it very atmospheric and extremely cold outside however we were always very cosy and warm in the suite. The accommodation is beautiful. It is a lovely mix of traditional features with modern comforts. The original features of the building and the views from our suite were delightful and really added to our experience of being in Prague. A big highlight each morning was the wonderful and plentiful breakfast which you can help yourself to from the communal landing area and return to enjoy in your own room. This was really lovely and made for a very relaxing start to each day. A special mention and huge thank you to Maria, the lovely housekeeper for preparing the breakfasts each day, for cooking fresh pancakes and waffles (which our children loved!) and for keeping the place absolutely spotlessly clean. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We could never check in so I can not tell what we would have liked even tho we were really looking forward to our stay in Prague and the hotel looked really charming on photos. This happened due to lack of parking space in any of the garages recommended by staff. The closest parking place was 30min walk and even there it was not sure there was a free parking place at all, so we rather chose to drive another 6hours and come home a day earlier. A real disappointment.
We booked the hotel room for 1 night while traveling through Prague from Berlin. We arrived after a long drive and we did note at the booking that the hotel does not have its own parking. Therefore we asked in advance if they can recommend parking places with payment and to send us the address. We received recommendations for mr Parkit garages. I checked the website and we drove around in that district of Prague for about 2 hours checking most of the nearby mr Parkit garages but all garages were full or not even there The closest one was 30min walk on the other side of Charles Bridge where the receptionist told us we might get a free parking space. We were very tired and called the receptionist to offer a reasonable solution or free cancelation. The lady told to leave our bags at the hotel, take our car to the furthest garage and walk back. I asked if we could get refund since I already paid online - it was 6pm then- and asked for free cancelation since we could not even stop in front of the hotel to leave our bags given it was next to the tram line and we could leave our car as per the police. It was a really inconvenient experience since we had to drive another 6 hours to get home the same night. The hotel wrote us they can not give a refund since we canceled after 6pm and they could not re-sell the room. I asked for at least 50% refund, answer was still no, even tho did not have to clean or give us breakfast. Anyways, it was really not fair, I recommend to check the parking garages hours before arrival if arriving by car or not book a hotel in that district at all which does not have its own parking.

It was comfortable and quirky and felt like a home from home. The breakfast was excellent. It’s well placed for public transport and easy to walk everywhere
There were just little things like the tap in the kitchen was wonky and we felt the stairs up to the bedroom were a bit steep and slippery. But you get used to them.

Omg! Where should I start? What an absolutely lovely hotel. Loved everything - from the courteous staff to the epic location to the amazing breakfast to the cutest attic bedroom to the complimentary goodies to the gorgeous view of the snow falling on our window panes. Would love to come here again and again. :)
That i didn't stay longer, let's say, one year. :D

The location is ideal!
Some of the staff was rude. Upon check time they were pretty aggressive about us leaving right away. Even though I let them know that one of my kids was sick and had been up all night, they barely gave us an extra 30 minutes. They were pretty aggressive about us leaving on the dot. They excuse was that the cleaning lady was ready to clean the room when in fact the whole time that we were waiting for our transportation rhe cleaning lady was downstairs having a very animated conversation with the front desk staff.
