The location was perfectly centralized. I loved the loft bed in the room which created a separate space to sleep and to relax and eat. A fan was provided in the room for us already, and it created great air circulation. They also provided robes and slippers. We felt very taken care of.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered snacks and drinks in the room as complementary. We were very pleased by this. In a time where it seems like places try to nickel and dime you for everything, this was a wonderful relief.
Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and featured a lot of variety. The way it was served worked really well. To go steps from our room to get a plate, then return to our room with a beautiful view to eat breakfast and have coffee with my husband was part of the charming experience of visiting Prague. We loved this place and would definitely return.
Our stay was wonderful and we have no complaints.

We felt at home! A wonderful hotel in the city centre, very near Charles Bridge, yet it still felt so cozy. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the houses of Prague and a Baroque church.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast concept is outstanding - collecting the food from the corridor and enjoying it in your room. The room is like a little flat, with everything you could possibly need.
We didn’t want to leave and our experience at this hotel was unforgettable! Thank you very much!
The nearby church rang every hour, even at night. There is nothing the hotel can do about it, but it’s something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper.
The only thing we would suggest is that not everyone likes capsule coffee, so it would be good to offer other options at breakfast, regular filtered coffee would work well.

Amazing location: steps from transport and Charles Bridge. Delicious breakfast included: hot and cold, plenty of proteins and can eat in privacy of room. 24 hour reception. Charming decor. Free snacks, drinks, Nespresso machine, toiletries, robe.
No bath tub.

Good location, bigger room than expected.
Breakfast was simple, but OK. Only spoiler for me was the fact that they did not bring coffee. Had to leave early but by the time breakfast was on, there was still no coffee.

Cold water in the bathroom, probably a bigger issue as other visitors complained as well, but we were there just for one night, so we didn't raise it with anyone.

Very cozy and quite interesting ambient. Great view from all the windows, awesome breakfast. Every important city attractions is either nearby or directly reachable by the tram stopping just in a front of apartments. I would highly recommend this property and would for sure stay there in case I plan another travel back to Prague.

Nice location, a lift in the old center is rare, free mini bar is a good marketing idea, nice design, equipped bathroom
I chose this hotel because of the view to relax with a glass of wine in the evening but... disappointed 100% because there wasn't any view, all façade covered with a net and workers walking around (no info about that during booking). Temporarily of course but until summer for sure! Probably in other period the view could be fantastic but anyway noisy because of a tram stop just down the window.windows weren't clean but probably effect of the dust from the road too. Breakfast is a good idea but not so much choice actually and at 9am (breakfast is until 10.30 by the way), there's less food left ... there's kitchenette but it's not for cooking, there aren't many pans, all are really small, just to heat smth maybe...

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was very good. The only problem was a lady that on the last day by checkout had a very, very unfriendly behavior with us. She had a name she had an Arabic name. I don’t exactly remember something like Nora or NWRA something like that with a covering on the hair(Hijab), she her behavior was really really really unfriendly and if she hadn’t been there, the accommodation would’ve been very good, but she ruined the whole experience. Her behavior by checkout was very bad, unfriendly and unprofessional.
