Lovely apartment and such a lovely block of apartments with great helpful staff, the breakfast was a small but great selection of items and the location was just perfect at the edge of Charles bridge. This was my first ever trip by myself and I felt so safe staying here and walking back at night
There was a light that never turned off by the bed which was a bit annoying apart from that the place was perfect!

The location was perfect - in the middle of things, but not within old town itself. The rooms were spacious and were great for down time during our trip. Breakfast was very convenient.

Had a little issue with check-in on the first day, but was resolved quickly by staff and even provided us with a letter & a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience. Our room was exactly the room I was hoping for with the beautiful view of the city. Amazing location, unbearable price and amenities as well. Breakfast was included and it was great! Definitely recommend booking Miss Sophie’s if you want a legitimate upscale place to stay with that european charm!
I wish they had more flexibility with checking in prior to 3 pm.

it’s very central and in a beautiful location. rooms are exceptional and the complimentary fridge was a nice touch
came back from a night out and the member of staff on reception wouldn’t answer the doorbell. they were watching a film on the computer. we kept knocking for around 20 mins and tried calling but no answer. eventually we were let into the property

Great location, Good breakfast and amenities. The location is pretty close to major tourist spots with superb connectivity from train station. 24*7 reception works well for both check-in and check-out!! A pretty good stay at a very good location!!!

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of so many of Prague's must-see attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely and quiet. We loved the room layout, with the mezzanine bedroom being a real space-saver. Plus, the great self-service selection at breakfast, and also being able to eat breakfast in our room was a nice touch. Another lovely touch was some complimentary treats in the fridge in our room.
The only thing we would have changed was adding blackout blinds over the windows - the room was a bit bright first thing in the morning.

Great location, very nice and helpful staff if any questions came up, beautiful rooms and a good variety with the breakfast. Also a comfy sleeping loft.
Very small issue with a door handle and a light (switch) not working properly.

We really liked this place. A very cozy apartment with a great location. The breakfast was really great too. You just step outside of your apartment, pick what you want, and enjoy the breakfast inside your apartment, which was a great concept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.
The bed was a bit hard for me and one morning there was no hot water. But the overall great experience compensated for these shortcomings.
