The place is suitable for families, very clean, close to transportation The host is very committed to Booking rules It has all the services Al-Israa needs
Please do not be impressed by the price, it is not the price as it is But there are additions that far exceed the price, electricity, water, sanitation, and the country tax The price was completely different from what was shown, as I paid approximately 120 dollars and the offered price was 25 dollars. It was a deceptive thing, but the line is that I did not read the details well (be careful)

The owner is super nice and available, got a welcome gift. The place is super close to the tram station and not far from the central train station and touristic places. There is an elevator and it's contactless check-in and check-out. Kitchen is super well-equipped You'll definitely have a hard time finding a place this good at this price.
Wish the bathroom had better ventilation system. Maybe it's complicated because of the building.

Good flat in a quiet area. Good position for walking distance to tram stop. Kind owner left us some food and tea bags, coffee. Comfortable infrastructures.
Some kind of working noise from up stairs, and it slightly influenced us if we want to take a rest in daytime.

The owner was patient enough to allow me to reach the property on foot from the railway station. I arrived considerably later than previously announced, but that didn't seem to be a problem. He gave me a very friendly and welcoming tour of the place and during my stay, he checked via messaging whether everything was okay. When I discovered that I had left a piece of clothing in the apartment after my departure, he kindly sent it to my home address via mail. In other words, it was great service! The apartment is located in a quieter, more residential area of Prague but still close enough to the tourist heart (especially Prague Castle) and the Vltava River. Coffee and other amenities are included in the package.

The apartment is surprisingly spaciuos and has everything you might need - fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), bathroom with a washing machine and hair-dryer, one bedroom and another sofa bed in a living room/kitchenette. The sofa bed has a proper mattress, so it was also pretty comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2 kids. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed us with few snacks and drinks. The location is great for exploring Prague - it's in the city center, but at the same time it's quiet.

Perfect location, awesome place! Very clean and neat. Everything that you might need to make yourself home is right there in the apartment. The couch I slept on was sooo comfortable, I can only imagine the quality of the beds! The host was superb! A decent, helpful, caring man, who was honestly interested in us having a great time and wasn't being nice just to get a good review from us (hasn't even mentioned it once, unlike pretty much all the other hosts I've interacted with). He arranged a beer, a bottle of wine and some tea for us for no cost at all. Moreover, on the last day my mum became sick and he let us stay before the afternoon, past the checkout time for free.
I would definitely visit this place next time I'm in Prague!
Btw, the apartment is much better than it's shown in the photos!

We had an amazing time staying in the Modern Apartment in Prague. The owner went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and even waited for us at night to welcome us to the apartment. It is located close to trams and busses that take you to the old center of Prague in 10 minutes. The neighbourhood around the apartment also has many restaurants and bars. The apartment has many amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a modern bathroom, a kitchen in which you can cook and others. The apartment is sizable and my partner and I found it very comfortable to stay in.
