Great location just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes to the Old Town. Lovely clean, comfortable room with all the amenities we required. We were on the 3rd floor (good lift)and it was very quiet. Great food selection at breakfast. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

The lack of helpfulness from the staff, I was charged twice for my stay. I ordered room service and they tried to charge me twice. I have still yet to be refunded for this money 2 weeks later.

This hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Prague.

The hotel is in a really good and central location, next to some great shops. The hotel is quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are beyond helpful and are keen to support you with any queries you have. The breakfast is also very good!

15min walk from Praha hl.n.on quiet street. Very comfortable room with kettle. Super friendly staff who were very helpful with navigating the city. Good breakfast.
