Wonderful
The breakfast had a great selection. After breakfast it turns into an Indian Restaurant. The room was quiet and spacious. The location is really close to lots of shopping and food.
I would prefer a do not disturb switch or door hanger. I was disturbed by housekeeping while sleeping several times.

The room design was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — it sits right in the middle of all the important sights. The breakfast was quite good.

The hotel was amazing and quite luxurious. Everything was super clean. It had a perfect location; all main attractions were within a walking distance. The room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different options (you can also order hot food free of charge such as omelets or pancakes); kept us full the entire day! The bathroom was really nice, and it had Rituals products. They will also clean your room during your stay. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations :)

The Location ist wonderfully central. Quick Access to Trams. By Foot you reach the city Center. I liked the size of the Hotel. Not big, not small. Rooms are nice and functional.
I would expect more Czech Food. If you come late. There are no more selection. The Staff does not refill the buffet. Bread and the selection is rather small and sometimes from the day before. Def. potential to get better in the breakfast buffet. Not intercontinetal Breakfast. More Czech Tradition. All seems so done without a hinge of love.

Terrible cleanliness in the rooms. The linens are not clean at all, nor are the towels. The lighting is really bad, not suitable for rooms that are really dark. The food needs to be changed because it is not tasty. And there are many other things that need to be changed in a hotel.

The room was comfortable. There was an issue with a lack of hot water but it was resolved overnight when we mentioned it. The hotel is handily placed near Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was good with a choice of hot dishes made to order.
The tea making equipment is hard to find behind a cupboard which you need to push. The lack of hot water for a short time.

The only thing - our room was close to the elevator and was not soundproof so we would hear it all the time..
